I went to get my eyebrows tinted today and Manesha (who normally does great work) put black henna on my eyebrows so thick that I looked like Burt from sesame street. She assured me that it would become lighter once it is rinsed. Luckily after 10 seconds I noticed I hated the shaped, and that it was too dark. I immediately rinsed my eyebrows even after she told me to leave it on. To my surprise it was NOT coming off at all! She and other employees laughed and said "this is what you wanted". She ended up using acetone to help it come off (which she spilled in my eyes), it still did not come off so I scrubbed my face vigorously with hand soap to get it off after 15 minutes. She still made me pay for the service. Now my skin is irritated and red... NEVER AGAIN!!!

The customer service offered was super pathetic. I went for a layers haircut. I had to wait for 40 minutes inspite of the barber hanging around. I was mistreated by Azi. He has highly bad attitude. He got me hair cut done and when it came to payment, he asked me for $ 25. The charges displayed in the parlor were $ 15 for trimming and $ 20 for other hair cuts for women. He considered himself to be over smart to ask me fro $ 25 and on refusing to pay that amount, he replied that any hair cuts done by him are for $ 25. His work was good and appreciable but his rude answers to fakely charging the customers was horrible. I would never visit this saloon again.. Customer satisfaction is a must and being over charged can never be tolerated.

Awesome , (only and only if you are going for the first time), those 2 men barbers will spend 30- 40 minutes to cut your hair and will ignore all other customers , so that you can become their regular customers , afterwards they will start showing their true face , ( they have an ability to give a haircut in 5 minutes) almost everytime you have to trim those extra edges using ur own trimmer after returning home But they both are really good in talking ( in case if you enjoy talking instead of having a good haircut . Also , they claim - mens haircut for 8$ but actually its 10$ those 2 men themselves takes their tip without asking you even !!

The worst experience I ever had. Im fed with this place and definitely not going to recommend this place . There is a lady who always stand forward to make eyebrows threading and she always messed with my eyebrows taking chances saying next time youll get the best shape. shell make one eyebrow skinny and the other curvy and skin cuts as a bonus ..and then keeps trying on our face no wonder even if she leave your face with a line. I really had a very good shape before im here and she made it really worse. Just hate this place. I hate it...... if I have a chance I will rate -10000...

The worst experience Ive ever had! Went in for a hair color and I showed a picture to do the same. The lady who did it doesnt know to speak English..and she got me wrong ..messed up my hair! I dont understand why she works there! She charged me 85$ just to color a small section of hair! When I thought to leave a tip of $3 as i was not happy..they forced me to tip more! She took 4 hours to color a small section of hair..and she forgot i was present for almost half an hour! To the owner:Stop cheating people for gods sake!! Warning:Please dont go there!!

The owner was very difficult to communicate with and unreasonable with pricing. She wanted to charge me more than double the price of a full manicure for 5 fake nails for a prosthetic hand. The staff is so nice, I wish I could keep supporting this local business, but not at the cost of paying more than twice as much for services rendered.

One of the oldest barber shop which is driven out of Indian St., now on Tonnele Ave. Prices are reasonable and a tad less than those are at Newark Ave (aka a block of Newark Ave). Mentioning Aziz Hussein (Azzy) mens barber, telling story of last 25 years of barber businesses. Nice atmosphere , casual not professional!

hi i am getting my brows from this place since 2009 i know the owner she is so nice she had some problem in her hand she was doing my eyebrows before but the girls koml and maosha both are so good. i never had any problem love this place.

This is where I would go to have a haircut, even if it means I have to drive to get there from Bayonne. I really like the barbers there, they know how to give you a good haircut and know what will work for you

Best prices by a long shot ($8 Mens cut, July 2017). Good haircuts ! (I got compliments from ladies in the office . :-D ) And because of the price, the wait is usually longer than other salons.
