We came over to the Valley Mall to get our sons hair cut before school starts. They have a sign that says walk ins welcome and the first lady we talked to said they would be able to fit him in, another lady came out and said there was no way and we needed to leave. No real explanation and they were over an hour away from closing. We will never go back for any reason.

Im not going to name names... but my hair is totally butchered... unfixable!!! I told the salonist one thing and didnt get anything that I asked for not to mention she barely knew how to straighten hair and cut it so it flips out at different angles. I dont know where this girl got her licensing but I hope to God she finds a new day job!!
