Sherry Shaffer, the owner of Alternative Hair, is highly professional, kind, and very experienced in the hair field. In fact, I have bought 3 alternative hair pieces/wigs and a ponytail so that I can wear the ponytail with a baseball cap when I return to working out. Before I lost my hair to breast cancer, I asked Sherry to shave my hair off for me. It was quite empowering and because she was so very sensitive to the process, it was not difficult at all. Sherry is flexible, too. I ordered one hair piece, but when it arrived, it was not the color I preferred. Without a blink of an eye, she whipped out some other hair color samples and ordered another one and that one was perfect! Her business area is super clean, bright, and she also sells soft scarves, hats, and other head items. There is absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Sherry is a complete joy, not to mention, beautiful! I dont think I care if my hair ever grows back!!! I love these hair pieces!!

I used to buy synthetic wigs from a catalog/online and after a couple of weeks it would always start to fray. Nothing I did would improve it. Finally I found this website about 4 years ago while searching for a decent price on a human hair wig. Sherry has been a God send!!! She is VERY knowledgable on each hair piece (yes, there are different types of hair), how to care for it; what to do and what not to do to get it to last as long as possible. Thank you, Sherry!!
