So today I had gotten my hair done by Mary. When I first got there everyone was super friendly! Mary saw me to my seat and went over what it was I was looking to get done. After going through a few pictures she explained that what I wanted wasnt within reach in the time frame we had. First off, I gained so much respect for her for saying this. Many places Ive been to would do whatever you wanted just to make the sale regardless of how it looks. Mary took her time to work something out with me that would not only not break my bank but would be doable. She took her time, was super friendly and the result was something even better than I could have imagined. Ive never been so happy with my hair as I was today! So thank you Mary for not only making my experience as positive as it could be, but for being a genuine person and caring for the customer!! Youre awesome and have definitely gained a regular customer!

Today my Mother came to get her hair fixed after coming the other day, the girl that cut her hair the other day just chopped my Mothers hair up, so she called Hair Cuttery last night and they told her to come in today to get her hair fixed, the girl that cut my Mothers day was disrespectful, and rude! Not to mention she didnt do a very good job either, my Mother didnt want to say anything because she was afraid the girl would get an even bigger attitude with her so again my Moms hair is messed up, and she refuses to go back an get it fixed.. My Mother was completely upset on how she was treated, this is unacceptable!! I will be going further up to take care of this issue! Management needs to have more professional customer service worthy employees then what they have right now!!

First of all this is my favorite salon, and I have been to alot in my years. I have been coming to this one for 2+ years I think now. Today I had someone different her name was Stacy. This young lady had proffessional confidence which was good to see, no doubts and not cocky. The mannerism from her was so delightful. My hair has never looked better, it is my favorite hands down. What a great day to come in to get my hair done and have the pleasure for this young professional hair stylist to do my hair. Stacy stay the way you are as the person you are and you will go far. I absolutely would tell you not to go here because, when I went to get my hair cut here I told the lady what i wanted (which was slight trim to even hair from breakage and thinning) and received the totally wrong cut (with layers after she cut a chunk of hair out of the back for thinning). I was totally disappointed and upset with the cut and they didnt even do anything to satisfy the costumer. I will never go there again, and with the treatment I recieved, would never recommend anyone else to go.

would not go there ever again!! They do not know how to do highlights I had to go 2 times and they still didnt get it right!They dont know how to cut hair either.The 3 times that I went for a hair cut they messed my hair up.It looked all choppy and uneven.Will never go there again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!
