I am only rating the past few times I have received a haircut from this establishment, not my most recent haircut. My most recent haircut was absolutely horrid, to say the least. The rating has been demoted to three stars due to my experience with Kim C. My head still aches from Kim C cutting my hair. She used the clippers so vigorously that is resulted in a headache. She combed my hair following the use of her clippers, and I have red marks on my scalp, neck and forehead from her work. To make matters worse, my hair looks really bad. Thanks for ruining my night, Kim C. I am not sure if youre high, or something, but you made me feel as if you are. The only reason I tipped you is because my cousin works as a stylist, a much better stylist, and I know that people rely on tips. If my headache does not go away soon, I will most likely complain to your corporate office as well. Also, I did not appreciate being rushed out of there. I suppose that may be the reason for such a painful experience, but it is not cool. I will never let you touch my head again.

If I would give this a negative 10 stars I would. Bleach blonde chick finished my haircut in less than 3 minutes, and I have, or at least I had, very thick, long hair. She did not brush my hair out properly and did not part it, she simply took it out of its ponytail and began hacking. Asked for 1 inch off and bang trims. She cut my hair very unevenly and did not trim my bangs, but instead took off 5 inches of hair next to my bangs. I dont know if she thought those were supposed to be bangs or what but what I do know is that she is incredibly lazy and doesnt know what the hell she is doing. I used to have the most beatiful hair and now I dont even want to look in the mirror. Dont go there unless you want to look like trash, styled by lazy, rushing, and unprofessional people.

I took my 5yob in for a hair cut. I didnt want one due to the fact that my last experience was bad. But I figuerd "hey its a little boy hair cut how hard can it be." The woman was very nice a professional. But the hair cut was really horrible. I will never go back.

Nice girls, but trash haircut just EFFing trash. I will never go back, so mad that I have to walk around with this cut till it gets longer so I can fix it. honestly I would have had a better chance doing it myself.

Im in here every 6-8 weeks getting my hair trimmed, the staff are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. They are also very knowledgeable about the products they have on hand!

I love this salon. Everyone is always so nice. Good selection of hair products and the staff is polite and professional. They also give discounts for college students.

Awful cut both times. People cutting could care less. One person (cutting my hair) told another that she could not wait to be done with her shift. All done here.
