My husband went in for a high fade. The woman took him back and mutilated his hair. A high fade is not hard to do. When he came out he had uneven patches and hair sticking up all over the top of his head. She didnt even brush the cut hair off of his forehead leave back of neck. I asked him who cut it and he told me a new girl with a cat tattoo on her left wrist fresh out of school working her first job. I understand great chips employees anyone with a certificate but she would not have touched me. My husband tipped her because he felt bad. She needs to take that tip and look For a new job because she doesnt need to be near anyones hair

I went there today and wanted to get a hair cut for back to school. This year I go into high school so I wanted it to be good. It was absolutely hands down the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Theyre supposed to have notes of what you get and they didnt. I told the lady that I wanted a 3 on top and a 2 on the sides. She takes the 2 and goes straight down the middle cutting off my bangs. So I told her thats not what I wanted so she had no choice but to cut it all off. I had no bangs, she had a purple streak in her hair.

I went there on Dec 22 16. I was 4th on their waiting list. When my turn came someone deleted my name from the list and called the person behind me. This was after a nearly 1/2 wait. I spoke to someone at the counter and told her what just happened. She told me I now had to go to the back of list which now would place me 5th in line. Obviously I left, thinking this was the worst possible customer relation incident possible. NEVER will I go there again.

I went there yesterday for a temple fade, simple haircut. The lady with the blue hair butchered my hair. She tried 3x and still couldnt do it correctly. It was so bad I had to shave my head. After months of growing my hair I had to shave it all off. Im beyond pissed and will never step foot in that place again. They advertise cheap haircuts for a reason. Ive never had such a bad experience at a barber shop in my life.

Worst haircut I have ever had went in to get my pixie cut trimmed as I am growing it out and had it completely shaved off! Had to leave and go to the hair cuttery to get it fixed! Now I am back to square one! The lady completely butchered my hair the hair cuttery lady said I had so many different layers it was hacked to death! Thank God they were able to fix it! I wish I could give a lesser rating!

The first time or two this was an ok place. The last time I was not happy with the price, they refused to give me a trim. I was also the only one waiting when three people were put in front of me because they registered online. I had already been told I was next. The last time the woman I had failed to cut enough that I would not have to return almost immediately. I wont go there again.

Went there this weekend for their 5.99 special to get my kids hair cut. Total came to $11.98 put on my receipt with tip 20.00 however my bank statement reflect much more then $20.00. So keep an eye on your statements should you use a debit card. Called the owner and was told Id get a call back once they pull your receipts .... Yup still waiting !!

Went there yesterday. Im a very picky person when it comes to my hair in fact I had left a place earlier in the day while waiting to get my haircut cause just watching them made me nervous but ended up in Great Clips and got the best haircut Ive had in a very long time! Just the fact that Im giving five stars says allot about the place.

You can get a decent haircut here cheap. My wife and I just got our haircuts last week and my wife noticed afterwards that one side of her hair is a little longer than the other. The previous stylist had put in notes about my haircut which were totally inaccurate and led to a much shorter cut than I usually get.

Two hair cutters 2 hour wait. I had to go home and finish my own hair cut. I wouldnt recommend to somebody i didnt like. I also found it kinda sad when the two employees didnt know each others names nor who the other employees were when a customer asked if someone worked there. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Great haircut from Pam. I wanted to use her again. Called to see when I could come in to see her and was told they dont give out that information. I am going back to Hair Cuttery where I can use the stylist I like. Lost two customers today, myself and my husband. Poor customer service!!

This place is just like the name, Great!! Needed a nice haircut for a special occasion, told the girl to give me a fade/shape-up. She did a very nice job. Salon was clean and everyone was friendly. Will def visit again. Highly recommend this salon.
