Pulled into the parking lot at 8:49am. Stayed in car as it was still chilly out. At 8:59 I got out of car and slowly began approaching the door. An employee about 30 steps ahead of me approached and was let in. As I drew nearer, 2 employees at register looked up, saw me and ran to the door to lock it in my face! Hair Cuttery, since you lack Customer Service training, the correct procedure would be to allow me to enter, welcome me and ask me to have a seat. That is what an establishment that appreciates their customer does. I immediately left and made an online Appt with Ulta. Lets see: 1 locked door = 8 times $125 (cut & color) per year times at least 15 years which is $15,000 in lost revenue. Worth it? Added after owner response below: You apologize if I wasnt completely satisfied with having the door locked in my face? You must use the same customer satisfaction service as United Airlines. Guess your employees were trying to reaccomodate me.....

Thank you JANNA for giving my daughter the confidence she SO needed. Wash and ponytail was her daily thing because at 8 years old she couldnt manage her uncontrollable, frizzy, curls and didnt want mom to either. But YOU convinced her to embrace her curls and not only gave her an amazing cut and confidence, but also taught her how to manage and style her locks without harsh product!! She wakes up everyday and looks forward to styling her hair (yes at 8) and when complimented on her beautiful brown, bouncy curls, she tells them "Go to the Hair Cuttery and ask for Janna" lol. You are our new stylist and did an amazing job!!

I went in for a TRIM and got a whack-Job haircut! It took everything inside of me not to cause a scene and I was still charged!!!!!! The lady literally cut 3-4 inches off my hair. Im a cosmetology student and I know enough from being in school that when someone comes in for a trim, you follow the pattern already there! Not only was it much shorter, it wasnt even the same haircut!! I wouldnt let the lady who did my hair groom my dog. I cant speak for the entire staff but if you sit down and see a set of "Shark" scissors, GET OUT OF THE CHAIR!!

I have been here about five times for haircuts and had the cuts done by about 4 different stylists. Each time I have been pleased with the results. Last time I was here my wife also decided to get a haircut and she got the stylists card afterwards because she was very pleased with the cut and the price.

Awesome place. All I wanted was a trim on my very long hair and some layers. She took me immediately as a walk in. Washed, cut and because I said I was in a rush, instead of blow drying she added some product. I was in and out of there within 25 mins with exactly what I asked for plus a new hair brush!

I came to get a trim and get bangs but I dont know what I even came out with. I was fine with the trim but the bangs were just all over and cant be fixed. If I would have known I would have cut my hair myself.
