I had a consultation appointment with Katt Gibson concerning hair cut, color and style. Katt listened to what I was thinking to do and we were pretty much on spot on views and this showed great communication between us which was and is a good start in client relationship. To make a long story short, loved the fact that Katt used a razor to cut and shape my hair. The end result was the fabulous color and highlights which totally was a changer for me. Since my hair is very baby fine and hard to do anything with, this style has made it easier for me to do than ever before. I waited longer to write because I wanted to see if I could do what she had done for me in the beginning. With the right products to style and easier hair style, too, I am able to keep my hair looking like I just stepped out of the salon that morning. I made a return follow-up to keep my style check. Katt will be the only one to ever touch this head of hair. Thanks Katt! Your are fantastic! Highly recommend A satisfied customer

Very dissatisfied, and didnt even get to the haircut. It took me 20 minutes to find parking, and when I walked in, she said they will be with me in just a few minutes. Once her chair freed up, 10 minutes later, and there was no one else waiting, she told me it was going to 45 minutes. She could have told me the wait time when I first arrived instead of making me wait 10 minutes, to tell me it was going to be another 45. It made no sense to me because there was an empty chair, and no one waiting...Maybe she doesnt cut big people, or poor looking peoples hair. I almost felt discriminated, because she had an empty chair and she was available, but didnt want to cut my sons hair. Thanks for Nothing but feeling Shamed!

Meh... I have not had a great experience with this place. The first time I found them not open on a Friday morning at 9:10 despite the sign in the window stating they open at 9:00. The second and third times they were severely under staffed and I was told it would be in excess of an hour and a half before they could flat iron my hair. Today I was told I could not get a price for flat ironing my shoulder length hairover the phone; not even a ballpark price. And it took her a few minutes to come up with a price she wouldnt tell me. They are inexperienced and unpolished. Maybe theyll get better.

Terrible service. Extremely understaffed. I called ahead and the woman was very unhelpful and failed to warn me of the extensive wait due to lack of employees. Once I did get a haircut the stylist was unprepared and seemed preoccupied with something else. Then once finished informed me that they did not participate in the supercuts corporate point system which is why I showed up. As I was due for a free haircut through the points system. Would not recommend this franchise to cut anyones hair especially not if you are looking for experience, or are in a hurry.

Asked for my hair to be cut a certain way 4 times during the cut , yet the stylist couldnt comprehend this and just did whatever she liked and then charged me more than the three people that went in front of me... horrible haircut and experience , avoid them unless you want your hair to look like a toddler did it with safety scissors ...

Irene did a great job on my hair color last weekend, touching up my roots at the same time that she created low lights. Her work is really tasteful and exactly what i wanted . The Supercuts color products are really high quality. I was very pleased with. Irenes service, I will be back.

I made an appointment but when I get there I was told it would be 1 hour wait! That is ridiculous and I wont be going back. When you have an appointment that supposed to confirm your time slot. Very unprofessional.
