Exceptionally FRIENDLY staff and atmosphere. Also very convenient location, where its just about a half hour bike ride or less, to get up there! And another plus: I dont have to battle crazy Transit Rd. traffic, just to "hike" up there! Short distance from where I live, the stylist always likes a good conversation (short, mind you) while cutting my hair. And they get it exactly RIGHT EVERY TIME! And they also have a very fair price for it. Besides, on an somewhat unrelated note: does getting haircuts make you hungry? Do you like Subway? Then no problem! This location has a Subway restaurant, right next to it! 116% satisfied every time! The stylist also makes sure to listen carefully to my requests, and double checks with me, BEFORE she does any cutting. : D

This will be the third time Ive had a blatantly uneven cut. This time in addition to the stylist not knowing what I was talking about, but going ahead with the cut anyway. I also mentioned that I stopped going there because of previous cuts but was giving another shot. Could excuse the initial misunderstanding I suppose, but to then leave clumps completely uneven. They clearly dont double check their work. Basic stuff here routinely gone wrong. The search for a decent cut in the village continues.

The woman cutting my hair should be charged with a crime for how bad of a job she did. She made it quite clear shes never heard of a part. She took my fade above my part and then put a hard part in where my part was originally supposed to be. Skip this place and let your kids cut your hair because it probably will end up better.
