I have been to several hair salons (walk in only - to high end appt only) and have NEVER been as pleased as I am today. After googling salons in Stafford I came across Estella (A huge thank you to whoever left a review stating she had moved to Hair Excellence) I was a little nervous about going to a new stylist that I heard about on google but so glad I gave her a try! I cant tell you enough how HAPPY and pleased I am with her. After a year and half of searching salon after salon (Winning Images, Haircuttery, Bubbles, etc.) I have found my girl! Thank you Estella! I love my new color! I will definitely be seeing you again!

I came into this salon with high hopes and two of the stylists in there ruined my hair (not going to mention names). I was about fed up and was seriously considering looking for another salon, but tina came and fixed it and turned it around. this was a big deal for me, every woman loves her hair. She is the best and I wouldnt trust anyone else with my hair.

I was looking to try a new salon and I saw a sign for a $35 partial hightlight. I was able to get an appointment that same day and had Amanda. She had me in and out in an hour the highlights look great and she gave me a trim and fixed my bangs that the overpriced salon I used before ruined. I will be returning and the price is awesome!

I just moved into the area and was looking for a new stylist. I stumbled onto Hair Excellence on my way too stafford marketplace. I have never seen my hair look so fantastic! Tina was the one who colored and styled it. The prices were beyond reasonable and she was the best company. Im so glad Ive found a great stylist! Thank you Tina!

Just stopped by and got a major style change (long to super short). Tina Dye did a wonderful job. She was patient with me and knew the style I wanted (even without a picture). I have been to higher priced places in town and I think it the cut I received was just as good or better. I will be back!

i just moved to va and I was looking for a hair salon to get my haircut and color done. I found a girl named estela at hair excellence and she did the best color and cut ever. I am sooooo happy with my new look. Thank u. Estela you are amazing hair stylist!!!!!

Nita took my hair from a boring bob, to a funky texturized a line bob with sass..Shes so talented, and became excited at her work while doing it. She truly finds joy in styling hair, I could tell. Ive got a new stylist I can trust. Thanks Nita!

Stylist Anita is amazing! She beat a competitors deal for me and did a much better job than they would have done anyway. She gave me exactly what I wanted. Great price, gorgeous cut & color!
