A must go!! The atmosphere is relaxing and fun, the people are OUTSTANDING!, the services are BEAUTIFUL, and the clothes are FANTASTIC (and reasonably priced!) I went to get a pedicure with some friends and enjoyed shopping while waiting. I have gotten several compliments on my nails AND purchased clothing! I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and beautiful! :) Its a complete experience that I highly recommend! :)

Fantastic salon! Been going there for almost 2 years. The staff is incredible - very friendly and welcoming. The skill of the stylists there are top notch. Its clear that the leadership makes it a point to do everything with a high level of excellence. Salon in the Tower also offers Bumble & Bumble products which is a huge plus.

I just got my hair done today but Jen, and this was the greatest experience I have had at a salon. Everyone was so friendly, my hair has never looked better. I showed her a picture of Jennifer Aniston and she made my hair look exactly like it. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone!

After 4 years of living in WNY and trying 3 different salons, leaving unhappy countless times, I finally found a great salon! I love these ladies. So pleasant and welcoming. They take the time to listen to what you really want and always have great suggestions as well. Great place!

My wedding party and I got our hair done here last July (2009). Jen and the rest of the girls were so friendly and really made us all feel like we were at home on the morning of my wedding day!!

pedicure- 1st time I had a pedicure where the girl never took the rough skin off my feet. She soaked my feet, cut my nails and painted that was it!!!! disappointing

My girl loves this place. She gets lots of compliments about how good her hair looks all the time. Its the only place she will let touch her hair.
