I was looking to see if there was another hair place in the area and saw the reviews and thought I would add mine, though my experience was a while ago. I will not go to this place, and if you are a guy, I would suggest you do the same. I went in a while ago and they told me it would be a 15 min wait. I sat there for about 10 min when a woman came in and the person at the desk said, "Oh, I forgot, she had put her name in and left, shell be before you and then youll be next." I thought OK, not a huge deal, mistakes happen. A minute or two later, they take her back. Another 10 min go by and someone shows up that has an appointment and its going to be a little longer. Ok, getting a little ridiculous - they should have known, but Im committed now, been here for 30 min... 15 min later, some young girls come in, and one of the hair stylists comes out and is all buddy buddy with them, and I hear one of the girls say, "can you take us?" so obviously they didnt have an appointment. The stylist looks right at me, then turns to them and says, "yeah, I can take you back" and walks them to her chair. That was when I finally decided to walk out. I still cant figure it out, she couldnt have them wait 15 min for me, get my tip and then get theirs as well. The hair dressers there are morons just looking for big tips (doesnt matter if you are a guy that tips big, since a 30% tip would only be ~$5, which apparently isnt worth 15min of their time). Like i said in the beginning, never again.

I just got back from my appointment, and I am so bummed. I went in for a root touch up and and a trim. My hair is three shades darker than when I went in. I know it is just hair, but it is my hair that I have had a specific color for a while and wanted to keep the same color. I went to a "master stylist" there because I just moved to the area. I had my formula from my previous salon hoping that my stylist could match it. She didnt and tried to say it did. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone unless they choose to redo my hair to make it right. Then and only then could I refer anyone. The stylist was a nice person, but I can recommend someone just because they are nice. I spent $120 for hair that was wrong. I am really bummed.

Several weeks ago went there and a young girl cut my hair. Worst hair cut EVER. My daughter recommend I go to Kelva..went today. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. Love what she did and she has differently gotten a new loyal customer.
