Hairstylists are a quirky bunch, and when you find one that you can connect with, youll follow that stylist to the ends of the earth. Sara Brink is one such stylist - quirky in the best possible way and one that I trust completely with cutting, styling and the occasional crazy/mad coloring adventure! She is dependable, talented and insightful, knowing when to suggest something a little different and when to play it safe. Sara is, and will continue to be, the one person I trust to have my back, and make me look beautiful and stylish in the process! Artifex Hair Salon is a gorgeous place, clean and modern, very warm and welcoming. Im so happy to be a client and regularly suggest it to my friends and family.

I followed Heather to Artifex from her previous employer in Hagerstown because she gives the best haircuts I have had in over 12 years of living in the area. The salon has an upscale feel to it, yet the owners and other staff members are extremely friendly and personable making me feel welcomed and relaxed each time I visit. If the rest of the staff are as exceptional at their skill as Heather (which they appear to be), I cannot imagine anyone leaving dissatisfied with their experience.

Entire staff is excellent! First time using this salon but wont be the last. I will continue to go only here because I love my hair cut and color, and everyone was so nice and helpful. They didnt push products in my face or try to influence me in what to do with my own hair until I asked their opinions. The place is awesome!
