I got my haircut here and have never been so appalled by service and the final product. My hair peaked in length a little past my lower back. I asked for a trim, and the lady then proceeded to do what she wanted with my hair. I asked for 3 inches off and she cut 8+. Her attitude towards me and even her coworkers was the absolute worst Ive ever dealt with from a hair place, and she was not accommodating when I told her how unhappy I was. I began to cry and then she started laughing at me and acted as if I were in the wrong for being unhappy. Also, I payed for a trim, blow dry, and shampoo, but she took my hair out of the messy bun it was in, didnt even brush it and then said: "Im going to cut it now because Im not wasteing our shampoo on your hair if we dont have to," and then cut my hair to almost my shoulders. Before she had cut it she didnt brush it, comb it, or even part it. She just cut it without doing anything to it. Also, she didnt even blow dry it. Ive never felt more inconvenienced. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even as a last resort.

I had my phone stolen from my coat while I was getting my hair cut. The stylist offered to hang up my coat in the back room and after my hair cut she went and got my coat and my phone was gone. I knew I had it because I stood at the front desk and texted my wife to say I would be late because I was getting a hair cut. The part that made this worse was the manager and the staff didnt seem to care that someone that worked there had to be the one that stole my phone. The manager tried to shift it by saying if I had left it at the front there were kids that came in all the time and stole stuff. Not the case. My coat has a cell phone pocket on the front and my phone was in there. Tried calling it twice while there and it didnt ring there. I have made a police report, shut off the phone and now I am buying a new one from Verizon. The police have told me how to have Verizon "ping" the phone and it will be found...and someone that works at the Hair Cuttery in Ranson, WV will be spending Christmas in jail.

Despite receiving nasty glares from someone I perceived as the the owner or manager of the shop, who was more concerned about awaiting her sons arrival than accommodating me. (I did rush in about 15 minutes prior to closing though), I had an otherwise good experience. the person who cut my hair didnt rush and gave me one of the best cuts Ive had in a while. Just to be extra sure I ticked off the aforementioned evil staring Diva even more, I tipped the nice girl with a 100% tip right in front of her. HA! Sorry I dont remember the name of the young lady who cut my hair, but youre the only reason I give this Salon 5 stars.

Worst hair cut experience every! I just came in for a hair cut and i guess everyone is new because no one had a clue what was going on. There was not anyone else in the salon but I waited for 45 minutes while the stylist just walked around. When I finally got a cut it was uneven and you could see lines in it. I will never go to hair cuttery again!

Stephanie cuts my special needs daughters hair and we always have a great experience. They handle her with the gentle care needed for her condition. I check in with the App when I leave the house and we wait no longer than 5 minutes every time. Christopher is also amazing and is always super friendly.

Ashlea has been my teenage daughters "Go To" stylist for over a year. She not only really listens, but she pays attention to how each persons hair grows, their specific needs according to what type of hair one has, and she always knocks it out of the park. Fantastic! We love Ashlea!

Christopher (the master stylist) is the only person I have trusted with my hair for over 10 years now, and I take my daughter there as well. Weve had poor cuts whenever we decide to try someone else, now I wont let anyone else touch our heads. He is the best, he works miracles!!

Horrible service. Waited in line for over an hour while employees walk around like they have nothing to do. Several customers including myself just ended up walking out. This is not the first time this has happened. Word of advise... choose another location

Made appt. Waited 45 min..made second appt. Waited another 45 mins. Ridiculous. .u need to stay on top of your online appts. Even after talking with staff. Still nothing. U just lost three clients today!!

got in at 11, kept track of waiting list, three people without appointment came in to see a friend and they were seen immediately. they didnt have an appointment according to the wait list. frustrated
