Ok first let me say. The stylist here are very friendly and have you in and out in a decent amount of time. Ive only been here once and I doubt it I will be going back. My hair is natural and most stylist here do not know how to handle my hair. I got a blowout and my hair got really straight! (which is a plus) However, the stylist who blowdried me burned me a few times ( if youve visited a Dominican Salon you know that those dryers are VERY HOTT) but she wanted to get it extra staright so Im not complaining about that. Its the fact that they sylist who curled my hair (a different lady) did not ask how I wanted it curled (tho she asked others) So i left with a less than pleasing turned under (bumped) hair style which is NOT what i wanted. As she was doing it, I told her i wanted it curly and she said "huh?? and next time" Now she didnt speak English well but I mean come on learn the language before you come to the country. And also I noticed the sylist trimming another ladys ends (which she said wasnt extra) well she didnt trim mine at all and they needed it. Its the small things and diligence that I believe makes a good styllist and here I was not overly impressed.

Clearly I am from up north but been struggling to find a good salon in theDMV area. This is always last resort. It takes forever to get out and last visit she hd me under the dryer for 2 hours trying to by time as she did her daughters hair. When my 2 hours were up she asked me if I can sit under a little bit longer while she finish up. This is not how you treat customers. Next time I will just suffer and either do it myself or wait until Amanda from Bang salon is free ( always booked up but well worth it).

I had a full weave and the stylist did a great job. They didnt over charge me for having a weave actually she under charged me. (Because I was nice) I will be going back. Thanks Ladies....You guys ROCK!!!!!
