The very first time visiting the shop and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. The people were unprofessional. The "stylist" had her friends lingering around the client in her chair. They were loud, rude, disrespectful. The stylist was extremely unprofessional in every sense of the word. Customer Service is clearly not her field. My daughter had an appointment with her at 1pm. By the stylist own admission she did not seat my daughter until 3 pm (2 hours after her scheduled appointment). I arrived to the salon at 6:45pm only to see my daughter sitting on the side waiting. When I inquired what was going on.. The stylist informed she was running behind and was working without an assistant. She had her 4pm appointment in the chair. I inquired why would the 4 pm client take precedent over the 1 pm client whom she started on late and her only response she was behind. Poor poor customer service. skills, poor time management, poor planning. She was not once apologetic to the situation and expected to be paid in full for piss poor service. Towards the end she and the other stylist began getting rowdy. Never have I experienced such ghetto low class, piss poor service, but I also informed my daughter that caliber service is totally unacceptable. The salon shes accustomed to for over 13years are of class. Whoever the owner is really need to reevaluate the people he hires to represent his brand. Upscale fell on the LOW SCALE.. NO CLASS SERVICE...

I received a set of lash extensions a week ago and I have had 75% fallout! It has been a week! I am highly disappointed its well worth it to spend the $$$ elsewhere I will not be back and I will deter anyone that I can from going. I work too hard to throw money down the drain for mediocre, half ass work. So upset.
