Got my hair braided here, which was fine, but trying to get my perimeter re-braided and they are giving me the run around. I called on Monday to make an appointment on Friday. She told me to call back on Friday because they dont make appointments for "touch-ups". Called back today (Friday) she tells me to call on Mon or Tues!!! I told her I called already on Monday. Then she says to call back when they open at 9!!!!! If I dont get my hair rebraided today, it will not be good!

Friendly workers and a reasonable price because I used to spend 45$ and week with my hair and these braids will last 2-3 months or longer if you desire Ive been coming here since I was young professional braids and service I recommend coming here

If you can get an appointment the braids are usually nice but the customer service needs A LOT of work. I speak French too and they are rude sometimes.
