I went to hair force because im new in town & it was close to where i lived so i tried it out based on reviews and figured it couldnt be that bad. WELL IT IS!! I walked in and should of gone with my instict and walked right back out, the place looks straight from the 70s with a few 90s updates. I wanted my hair done and figured they couldnt screw up a simple cut and color. WRONG WRONG WRONG. The "stylist" was unattentive & uh huhed everything you said and obviously didnt comprehend anything coming out of my mouth. I told her i wanted a color and trim and she complied. After waiting for her to finish with another customer who she chatted it up with for a good 20 min all while i was waiting patiently in the sink for her to finish she finally came over to give me my cut. She asked if i wanted to keep my length and i said yes i wanted a trim, mind you my hair was maybe 3 or 4 inches from my butt when i sat down. She asked if i wanted straight LAYERS or angled and i said straight and showed her i wanted 2 inches off my hair and to my surprise i got 8+ inches off!! My hair is now 2 inches past my shoulders and she proceeded to argue she only cut 2 inches if i "really looked at it". I was hyperventalating and in SHOCK that she chopped all of my hair off after i told her repeatedly i wanted a trim!! I was ready to break down because it took me almost 2 years to grow my hair out and it was butchered by someone who couldnt understand or didnt care about what i had to say. I paid only because i would have blown up on everybody and i was on the verge of tears and wanted to get out of that rat hole ASAP. The next morning after realizing i shouldnt have paid $45 for the worst haircut ive ever recieved i had my friend call because i would have broken down again if i had made the call myself. The "owner" proceeded to berate my friend and course her out and after asking for a refund for the haircut, my total was 105 mind you, the owner hung up on her and wouldnt answer the phone again. I saw the work the other customers had done and if you cherrish your hair you will NOT GO THERE. Ive never in my life been upset after walking out of a salon or dissatisfied but this place is grimey and the management should be ashamed.

Well the first time I went.... They left me under the hair dryer too long. Or it was broke. Either way. Despite my complaints it was too hot. My hair fell out of the net and burned my neck and my hair was quite literally smoking. No refund.. No nothing. Im a tough gal so I didnt throw a fit and the hair color turned out nice so I blammed it on a broken dryer and came a couple months later to get my roots bleached and dyed to match my hair. Well it burned ridiculously. And not the typical itchy burn I am used to with bleaching my hair. I did nothing different from the first time I went in there. Didnt wash my hair directly before etc. Again I was in immense pain. Luckily my husband who is stationed here at Andrews was with me this time ... Spoke up for me because I was in tears. They put a fan on me after removing me from the dryer to cool my burning scalp. But the pain didnt stop. The whole process took an hour and a half. I sucked it up because I wanted it I turn out right. When they were done. He paid and I rushed out of there only to find at home I had burn marks the size of dimes around my hair line. And with further examination found these painful burns were all around my scalp. I had chemical burns for the first time in the 6 years Ive been bleaching my hair. Worst of all. They must have seen them while rinsing my hair. And let me walk out without saying a word and taking my money. Never ever going back to that painful salon ever. Heartless people who demand too much money for the crapy job. Oh and when I called and complained after ... They refused to refund me but gave me free tanning and I told them I wont take the chance a yet another thing beig faulty with them and climb into a bed that will probably be broke or something and hurt me too. I wish I could rate a negative girls. Please be careful if you do decide to go there. Its sad that its great location is wasted on us military wives.

I love going to Hair Force, it reminds me of home. Everyone is always so friendly, they all seem family oriented, and its a great place to relax. I come in reglurlary for eye brow waxes and they always turn out perfect, my hair cuts are always great, and colors in my hair are the best! The ratings I see given on this site feels like its for another store! The prices may be a little high, but you have to think about where we are living- everything is high priced, also a great hair cut isnt going to be cheap. Hair Force is my favorite place to go! The staff is always nice, you can tell they love eachother and its a wonderful environment!!! I cant express how much I love coming here! Keep up the good work!!

I went in for a simple brow wax. Im new to the area and figured that a brow wax would be simple enough that anyone could do it. WRONG! The girl that did my brows a couple hours ago was semi nice enough. However, she removed 90% of my brows! I look like an idiot that let a blind person do the waxing. I should have known I would have ended up with a trashy job considering the "stylist" (I use that term loosely) had hair that resembled a racoon. I am not sure if you have to leave Clinton for a wax but I would NEVER go to this place again... unless you want pencil thin brows.

From the minute you walk into the salon there is a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Sherri is my dream stylist. I had been searching for someone who could cut my hair correctly and she answered my idea of the right stylist. I am a black lady and Sherri handles Black hair magnificently, way better than black stylists I have been to. Tara and Amy are wonderful. I highly recommend Sherri and Hairforce for all your hair care needs. Thank you Sherri and Hairforce. Love you guys Deborah Khalil

I believe these guys are over priced for the service they give, and I dont know about most people but when I get my hair done, I do it to pamper myself and I like to feel pampered! But- the staff I got was making me prepare the foils for my highlights and she had horrible people skills, she came across aggressive. I was glad to leave that place, will not go back and I will not recommend it to anyone.
