I took a photo into the salon with me and asked for top highlights. I had the same highlights a year before at this location and was very happy. A different hair stylist worked on my hair this time, and insisted I needed full color, which is NOT what I asked for. I was charged double and when I asked why I was told that is what I asked for. There was NO arguing with them and they were VERY cold and rude. When I returned and complained that my hair looked nothing like the photo and I HATED it and wanted it fixed for free, I was basically told "too bad for you." The sign said $65 for highlights, yet I was charged $120. That doesnt make sense any way you look at it!! When I commented that I would go to the Hair Cuttery next time, the manager turned her nose up at me and said they were not a real salon. At least the Hair Cuttery will fix their mistakes and fix your hair when it looks horrible!! I looked like a zebra!! I will NEVER go to So Bella again and have kept many, many friends from having hair disasters there!!
