Everyone here has a great personality and are all very receptive. However, my family were getting their hair cut with different stylists. When my son sat down with a random stylist I asked her for a specific cut. She started off fine, but when I reminded her I didnt want the top too short she retorted "let me do my job". I asked her to stop cutting his hair and find someone else, she started arguing. I was embarrassed that she wouldnt listen to my request for my sons haircut. I was extremely embarrassed at how she raised her voice at me. Im not gonna name names, but when she throws a snotty remark at you, you will know exactly who she is. Kristie stepped in and was very kind with me and my son. I gave this place an excellent review because even though that one lady was terrible, every one else were polite and LISTENED to my familys requests for haircuts. I would definitely go again but I will request that that one person doesnt help us.

It is always nerve wracking when I go to get my hair cut or colored. I dont like to take risks or change my style. I was originally going to go to a different salon in Bel Air, but my mom convinced me to go to the girl that always does her hair at Hair Cuttery in Abingdon. I am very happy that I listened to her! Mandy was great! She listened to what I thought I wanted to do and gave me her opinion and suggestions. I came out very happy with my decision. I highly recommend to anyone to go see Mandy!

I get my hair done by Caitlin, she moved there from the Harford Mall and I followed. She has always been very kind and loves to be creative with hair styles and color. I have been getting lots of fun colors in my hair, and she is always super excited to be able to play around and make my hair a rainbow. Definitely recommend her!

Absoluely horrible. Went there to hopefully get a relatively simple short pixie cut. Stylist decided to talk me out of it and it ended up asymmetrical, looked really bad. Went back to get it fixed ("Smile back guarantee") and they messed it up even more. I am never going back here again. RIP Edgewood Branch.
