We love Dynamite! My daughter is 4 and has been going to class for about 4 months and is now enrolled in a summer camp. She is having the time of her life while developing confidence. We have never had a rude or bad staff member and every email I have sent has been answered. Most of the staff are on a first name basis with my family since we also receive PT, OT and therapeutic gymnastics with Motion Education. The parking can be difficult at high volume times but since the space is rented I dont think the gym can do much about it. The waiting room can be crowed and boisterous but I expect that anywhere moms and kids are congregating. My son is 6 and has been receiving PT and therapeutic gymnastics for about 10 months and OT for 4 months. They take our insurance which is a huge plus since I dont have to do any reimbursement paperwork. If you have ever had to do this you know what a pain it is. My son has made tremendous strides while at Motion Education. We have had many therapists in other states and I have been given the red carpet treatment with Motion Education. We have engaged passionate therapists who are connected to the therapy community and know what resources are available. I also love that so many of the Motion Education facilitators are men, there are not a lot of men in this field and most of the therapists my son sees are female. I have no complaints about our female therapists but it is nice to see him get to wrestle and get some "guy" time. It is also nice to get therapy and get to see neurotypical children. At some of our other therapists offices I felt very isolated from other mothers and here there is always someone to talk to. I would recommend them without reservation for anyone looking for PT, OT, or therapeutic gymnastics.

HorrIble Customer Service!!!! I am a martial arts instructor who needed to work on some acrobatic moves during their open mat time. I emailed them numerous times and no one responded, so I finally called. They told me that adults could use the open mat time in the morning. When I arrived, there were three people working at the desk yet no one spoke to me for 5 minutes. They had me pay $50 for the insurance since I am over 30 years old plus the open mat charge of $7. I went to the "locker room" to change, or what I thought was the locker room since no one explained or showed me the way, and nothing labeled and I left my things in a locker. I went to the open mat which was full of kids and was told I couldnt use the open mat because of the amount of kids. I went directly back to the front desk to ask for my money back, which they said they would refund. I also told the front desk that i had left my things in the locker room which I found out was not actually the locker room but the employees locker room, although there was NO sign designating it as for employees only. They had to call the maintence man to open up the locker. They maintence man was rude and upset with me and when I explained that their was no sign on the door that said, "Employees Only" he began to scream at me saying, "it doesnt have to says that!!". He opened the locker and told me to, "Get out of my face!" I went to complain to the front desk about how I had just been treating and the young lady working at the front desk said, "Thats my grandpa!" Very unprofessional.

I wanted to love this place. Promo is so great and space. BUT, staff looks way too comfy not in a good way. I saw instructors texting, playing with their phones, doing personal push ups, hanging together and giving massages on the floor, while a group of kids played seemingly unsupervised on the trampoline. I heard instructors yelling in a way I couldnt imagine I would pay for. I was barely greeted at the door and for sure not at exit. I was not offered an orientation or tour. I was really dissappointed. I came home and read descriptions of staff and all seemed great, perhaps an off day? Same week went to Kicks Karate. Wanna see real joy working with kids try there. Dynamite... wow... hope that was an off day. Definitely family run cuz those behaviors wouldnt last elsewhere. Observed during camp, but what is the point in having a kid teacher ratio when the adults arent supervising or are just hanging out? Credentials seemed great but didnt match my visit. I actually went to pay that day and changed my mind :( I couldnt explain away what I observed during a time when parents most trust, when they arent there. I didnt observe a chaotic place at all. I observed low supervision and inappropriate staff interactions during camp time, not open gym. I would have spoken to someone if someone seemed interested enough to speak to me. Kids were broken up into groups with teacher/s near each group. This was my second visit. I am sure days when parents are watching it is a different scene.

I signed two kids up - a five year old and a two year old. The first day of the session was a disaster with no organization, over-crowded waiting area, and no plan for the kids once inside the gym. Fortunately, my five year old had the same "coach" but she couldnt have been more disinterested in her job week after week. The two year old had the same teacher most of the time but she clearly had little to no experience with toddlers. I was just happy my kid would get through a class but she couldnt understand why he wasnt doing every step as instructed. When she said to me about my two year old that "maybe hell do better listening next time" I knew this wasnt the place for my family. They have plenty of staff and maximize the bookings as much as they can which takes away from the personal connection with the kids. It also doesnt help when most of the coaches seem to either stand around and socialize or act like they are teaching current Olympians. I called after our first class and asked them to prorate the first class and refund me the difference and the owner asked to give them an opportunity to get better. She also sited a no refund under any circumstances policy which is lazy and poor business sense. I just wasnt sure why they get a mulligan but I as the customer dont. So instead of simply refunding an unhappy customer, they now receive a lousy review. Keep this in mind before you sign up - they believe that the customer should never have the option of a refund.

Signed my kid up for a toddler class. Had 4 different teachers over 5 classes and every teacher conducted class differently, which I could tell had a negative effect on the children as the toddlers were looking for consistent instruction. Classes were just ok, as they seemed a little disorganized. In the end we were told we would receive evaluations of our kids performance and recommendations for the next class. Received an email telling me to check the website for the evaluation and it wasnt there. Emailed 3 times inquiring about it and they never responded to any of my emails. So overall I was unsatisfied with them and my kid will not be returning.
