I took my BMW there with front end damage. Their work on the parts that could be seen was perfect. However, driving it home I immediately noticed something was scraping on the road. Stopping and looking underneath the car I found two air scoops not fully attached and dragging. I took the car back -- this was about an hour after I had picked it up -- and everyone in the office was very rude to me -- nasty looks, insinuation that it was somehow my fault, etc. They grudgingly fixed it on the spot, it took about a half hour while this was happening for someone to say "Im sorry," also in a tone that didnt indicate any remorse at all. It only took a few weeks until the problem returned. I took it to my mechanic who fixed it -- it was an easy fix. From my one (and only!) experience there, their motto is "the customer is always wrong." They clearly are capable of excellent body work but who needs the hassle?

I have gone to Sisk Auto Body for more than 30 years. I would never take my car anywhere else, and have never had a bad experience. BJ and Muffy are now running the business, and they continue the wonderful traditions started by their mother and father, Doug and Terri Sisk. I recently had a BRAND NEW Honda CRV with very few miles on it--hit by a huge pickup trick at a circle..the truck never applied brakes and I was hit full force from behind. The Sisks went the extra mile with my insurance company, the car rental company, and when I got my car back it was just like new. I never doubted them. I would recommend this business to anyone--they are meticulous, and will never let you down.

I had over $7000 of repair work done there. It looked fine at first. But when we went to turn the car in at the end of the lease the inspector pointed out COUNTLESS mistakes. The hood had a circular "popped" up spot. The bumper was not attached straight. The paint was graying. So while to the naked eye it looked okay at pick up, after time the mistakes were revealed. I contacted them and sent pictures. No one even bothered to reply.

Weve had a great recovery from hitting a deer, having a tree limb land on our vehicle and one or two minor issues... they worked with us and insurance to make things as comfortable and clear as possible. BJ, Muffy and the rest of the crew there are willing to take the time and effort to make things easy as possible. Great Job Guys! I hope we never need more body / repair work but we know where to go if we do.

What a wonderful experience I had. Having an accident is never pleasant. They took care of me, like I was family. Prompt, informative, communicated details to me regarding all steps of the process. My vehicle was back earlier than expected and that made my life so much easier. Car rental details also taken care of by Sisk. I would never go anywhere else, and you should not either.

they make sure the job is done right and do not cut corners like some places do to save time and money often leaving repairs subpar and potentially dangerous.... they take pride in there work and will go any length to make sure the client is happy ...you truly get what you pay for with this multi generation family owned business
