I purchased my last two vehicles from B&L.. first was a 2003 Malibu with V6.. Great car! Did regular maintenance on it, that was it.. never had to do a repair on it until the fuel pump went out on it at about 115,00 miles. Repaired it and traded it in at B&L for my Impala Limited..my dream car!! Any time I need anything, oil change, or to try to figure out a new feature on the car..they take care of everything right away! I tell all my family and friends to go there, dont go out of town!! They are always very good to me.. Thank you all at B&L!! Especially Bobby and Bud for taking care of me!

Purchased a car here last month. Never again I should have seen the red flags. Told me I cant take it for a test drive unless Im buying it. Told me he checked it over and absolutely nothing is wrong with it. What a joke. Within the first couple hours I was sitting along the road because it over heated. Headlight fell out while I was driving like a week later. Nothing but problems for a car that has no9wrong with it. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!°

Very rude owner/sales rep. When asked to take a used car to our mechanic, he refused. We explained that we had some concerns due to research that we found and just wanted to have it looked over. We were told we "listen to too many different opinions" and he got very rude and short. We then told him to please keep his eye open for anything similar around the same price and he said " Absolutely not. I will never call you!" Seems very much like a shady dealership.

I have had nothing but a great experience here My husband bought a new 2014 Chevy Sonic Hatchback from here in 2014, and when my car was in an accident (I didnt buy it here) they were more than willing to help me get my car fixed and get me into a rental. I always have a great feeling about this place, and the staff always treat you like family! If I have to get a new car it would be from here!

Took it here to fix a recall and they broke my automatic car starter and blamed me for dropping me keys in their key drop box!! I spoke to the manger and he said I shouldnt have "dropped" my keys in their DROP box!! Never apologized or offered to fix it. Took my car to a chevy dealer in Sunbury to fix it and found out B&L didnt even fix the recall anyways! I will never go there again for sure!

Rude manager for sure. They will take advantage of people instead of being honest. Dont buy here, youd be better off buying a cheap car somewhere else thats about to break, because these cars are expensive and guaranteed to break. Wanted to rate less than one star, maybe -1000. Dont buy here.
