Not only was the work done on our car high quality, but the expertise, patience, dedication, and care that Kirk offered while dealing with ELCO, the insurance company of the Enterprise rental car service, was top notch. Enterprises insurance company, ELCO, was very difficult to work with even with us being the victims of an accident; but Kirk went above and beyond to help us understand the process of making and working through the claim and working directly with the insurance company so we could relax.
