After getting in an accident I searched to find a body repair shop near me in Mount Joy. I made the decision to go with prospect collision based on other reviews on Google. I am happy I did! Kevin was very helpful throughout the whole process. He communicated how things would work and what was going to be done from the beginnning. I needed help getting a rental while my car was in the shop and he arranged that for me. He also worked with my insurance company without any problem. The work on my car was done well and the car looks great! The paint job looks seamless. I had one concern upon inspecting my car - the window molding was not as snug as I wanted it. (I am picky) He listened to my concern and fixed it on the spot. He cares about his customers being fully satisfied and will go to lengths to do that. I would fully recommend Prospect Collision if you are needing body work done to your vehicle.

I drove to this place as It was closet to home, with what I thought was a simple paint job needed, met with Kevin who threw out a price at top of his head, he also told me what others might charge, higher then his quote of course.! .Off I went, 9 calls later his price could not be matched, dropped off the car on a Tuesday, drove by Friday, saw it outside his building looking done, he said it was not yet done , needed to be washed, and inspected, I took it anyway. Washed it... this is awesome work! an a flawless paint job!. I also has the pleasure and time to talk with this guy about multiple subjects completely unrelated to cars. Bottom line, even if you dont need something painted ,, stop by and have a chat with the guy

Great place. My jeep was backed into. They accept all insurance companys and the services was great they explaned everything and there was no guessing. Very up front and honest. When I got my jeep back you could not even tell it was fixed. The paint match was perfect. I would use them agian. Thanks

My BMW needed body work done on the bumper/back quarter panel due to an accident. They did a really good job of getting me in the schedule, working with insurance, and getting the vehicle finished. The work was very detailed, and the car looks great. I would suggest this shop to anyone!
