Do not use this company! We hAve a 2014 Honda odyssey. My wife come to a stop on 695 middle lane(just after getting off the parkville exit) headed back toward the city everyone was stopped in front of her . The boy driving the pickup didnt stop and slammed into my wife and 3yr old daughter. At about 50+mph. The van was rear ended and needed almost 15k in repairs. The truck pushed our van into the car in front of ours, and the pick up was wedged in the back.STUCK.!! So she was pinned between 2 vehicle . had to shut down the highway . 1st they took my wife and 3 yr old daughter and dropped them off at a wendys . Should of been the first red flag. Second so we had to go the next day to get our stuff out of the vehicle. We cleaned out what was thrown from the back of the trunk area up front. Some skateboards among other things. Glass was everywhere and in everything. We couldnt get what was in the trunk because it was smash in. But it was in bags. Some children books, new clothes for a job, and some of ours and our childrens clothes. When we get the truck back. All the stuff that was in the truck was dumped (thrown) throughout the car. From behind the drivers seat , through the back seats. None of the glass had been cleaned or removed at all. My wifes brand new clothes with tags now had mold growing on the sleeves and were wet! The books were wet and warped. Ruined Not to mention the seats had not been detailed and cleaned to remove the glass!! the back inside the van is damaged and cut up. Wasnt replaced. The airbag compartment does not fit properly any longer and is warped and does not close!! Due to the impact. When i first gotten into the vehicle the tire light was on the dashboard. We had just purchased new tires. So i walked around the vehicle and the rear passenger tire looked low. Well i noticed it had a smudge/scrape on it and then realized the new mudflap had been hit also or scraped over something. So after going up the front of the car there is damage to the front side of the bumper. Totally scraped away no paint left on at all. The back window and light assembly keeps coming apart! My wife was just driving and it was a thunder storm. The whole back had water pouring in the van. My daughter and the seat are soaked. She was trying to catch the water with cups to no avail. The back makes noise and rattles when driving. I have taken pictures. After the accident and when we first went and emptied out the van. We didnt want to leave anything in the van for someone to break in and steal. I took pictures after we picked up the van. How it was inside, all the damage that was suppose to be fixed that wasnt and everything i mentioned in this complaint. Ive reached out to geico and the claims adjuster james Humphries, and if not handled appropriately and swiftly we have a lawyer for the accident ,we will turn to him for assistance.

This is absolutely the best car repair experience that I have ever had. I was rear ended in an accident; the other drivers insurance covered repairs through this shop. I chose this shop based on the reviews that I read, and I was more than satisfied with every aspect of their service. When I called to make an appointment, they did my estimate immediately, ordered parts, and my car was as good as new within a week. The called me with updates to let me know that the car would be ready. The quality of work is excellent; my car has never looked better. I have been hit in accidents before, and taking my car in for repairs was a nightmare when I took it to a Volkswagen dealer instead of a body shop. I would recommend this to anyone who needs body work done on their car. They are quick, courteous, honest-- I cannot say enough great things about them. Not only do they do great work, but their customer service in incomparable to any other service that I have received in the business. Thank you for fixing my car! I am so happy with it.

I had the worst experience today I have ever had at a body shop. I had a delightful experience previously when the father was there at Mudgetts/Maryland Collision Center. He was accurate, accommodating & professional. Although my car was towed to this shop on the 18th of October and it took a few days for the insurance adjuster to approve the repairs, I am just getting my car back. The timing was a little long I was bothered by the fact that I was told my car supposed to be ready weeks ago when I arrived it was not ready because when I arrived to pick it up it was dusty, the widow auto feature was not working correctly & one of the doors lock was sank in. There were many other items that was broken that was in clear view. When I spoke with Shane he told me he did me a favor by not using used parks and he had no time to discuss the poor service I was provided. If you go to this place be sure to check your repairs, be prepared to get poor service & rudeness from Shane the owner.

Working with Maryland Collision was a unique pleasure in that we had to bring our vehicles in for autobody work and the outcome every single time over many years has been A+. The service was excellent, the follow-up is on-point, workmanship is clearly very skilled and the team is very nice. My wife and I are glad to have a contact like this when we need them. Hopefully not too much in the future (haha). However, when going through an accident it really helps to know that a well-skilled shop like this exists. Had my wifes Nissan Rogue repaired here. They were very polite, and called us to ask if we wanted a part replaced or not because it wasnt really needed.. instead of just doing it. So it saved us some cash. Very pleased with the paint too, matched perfectly!
