FREE ESTIMATES!!! YOU CANT BEAT THAT! I thought my car was totaled for sure after a major accident that was my fault on top of that. However, I brought it to Craig (the service manager here) before scrapping it, and he wanted me to leave it for the weekend so they could check it out monday morning. I was willling to pay for an estimate as is expect by most body shops, but the estimate was FREE! So I left it there, and they were able to save my car! It was expensive, however i think the price was fair considering the work & parts involved (he even offered to locate some solid used parts to help lower the repair cost since it was all out of my own pocket). It also took some time, about a week, but part of that problem was their supplier didnt bring the right unit which delayed the repair 2 or 3 days, otherwise it would have been blazing fast! I would reccomend this body shop to anyone but most ESPECIALLY if you are paying out of pocket yourself &/or insurance isnt helping much, see craig @ putty hill body!

Came by @ 11:00 a.m. this morning w/a damaged passenger side mirror; Ron came out, and, after looking @ it, give me an estimate for its repair. Since it was a minor job, they were able to work me in the same day. A real pleasure to not have to leave my car @ the shop, as I had expected. They were able to have me on the road again in 1/2 an hour. If youre in the Baltimore area, please consider receiving a quote from Putty Hill Body. They work quickly and efficiently. {06/07/17} Came by to pick up my car that was sideswiped 2 1/2 weeks ago. Looks like new {on the side they worked on :)}. They went above and beyond, taking out dings that werent part of the accident. As well, they even polished the headlights {which were past due for the same and werent affected by the accident}. Great work!

Just got my truck back and I am very impressed. Ron did a fantastic job at putting my truck back together again. I was in an accident that was my fault, my insurance company would not help so I was very concerned about the cost of getting it fixed out of pocket. They did a wonderful job on my car. Had a few small dings that needed to be taken out. They fixed all of those plus detailed it. It looks great. Adam was very helpful when I took it in giving me my options and making suggestions. The work was finished in less than a day. Will be recommending it to all of my friends.
