These guys damaged my car, and they will not even say they are sorry .. Extremely aggressive, unfriendly and disrespectful They burned my Alternator, Power steering, and aired up my brakes, They spent 4 days trying to put my car together and it’s still leaking . and while doing this, they shut my Alternator DEAD. ALL WHAT THEY CARED ABOUT WAS MONEY, they asked to be paid before they finished working on the car and the car was dead in the water, and the power steering was leaking !!!.. they should not be in business .. They have no clue what they are doing, and I found out they are only licesned to do body work only, the michanic onsite is not a licensed mechanics neither !! BECAREFUL !!!!

I was hesitant about going after seeing the other review but this place came highly recommended by a friend. Our BMW got hit in the snow and we had it towed here. Derick was great - he kept us and the insurance company informed of everything that was going on, the car was fixed in a week and it looks awesome! (There name clearly says "Auto body and Paint" so I am not sure why the other reviewer would have taken it there for mechanical work.) We did not have to pay until it was finished and even our insurance adjuster said they were easy to work with. Hopefully I dont have another accident but if I do, this is where I will take my car!
