I have to say this is the worst place I have ever tried to do business. The owner refused to repair my car as requested. I wanted my car “put back together” so to speak with the min amount of expense, meaning no additional paint, parts etc… just to have it safe to drive and he said that he would not do the work because if someone asked “Where did you have the work done” he did not want his name on it. In this economy I cannot believe that anyone would refuse a job that would have cost approximately $2000.00. This company needs to listen to the customer and not worry about “What they want”. They should be proud to be able to help people out and get their car back on the road so they can continue to keep working and contribute to the community. As the old adage says “The Customer is always right” but not with this company, they will turn you away before they will take your business.

Worst Experience ever! My car was in for repairs that my neighbor hit me in the parking lot. My car was to be moved to another shop but a employee there assured me they did good work and the car would be in good hands. The front desk was very unperson able and not very friendly or helpful. They broke the key in my ignition and tried to say it happened in the accident. The insurance would not pay for it because it was NOT damaged in the accident. It s a 300 plus key. The engine is now misfiring and I can not use heat or air conditioning due to some type of damage. The owner told me I need to take it to a Audi dealer and the insurance co Geico is no help as well. The car was also taken out of the paint booth too soon and there is dirt in the clear coat. Horrible experience!!

I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended while going to work. At first my car looked ok, but when the tow truck arrived for the other vehicle (yes, he hit me hard enough that his car was stuck under mine!) the driver said that mine should not be driven either. My insurance company gave me options of places to call, and I called Perry Hall Auto Body. Their rollback driver was not only knowledgable, but compassionate as well ( unheard of in that business) and made me feel much better. I spoke to the office staff on multiple occasions, and they were always friendly,and helpful. I would recommend using Perry Hall Auto Body for any of your vehicle repairs!

Absolutely horrible work. They missed damage to my car from an accident and now that it wasnt reported I cant file under the same claim. Ive had the car back there 3 times to correct problems. The "corrections" were either shoddy and needed to be redone again or I was told that there isnt a problem. I now get to go back for a 4th time to deal with the same issues Ive been dealing with. Just updating to say Im taking it in for the fifth time and the owner has an attitude and is trying to blame everything on someone and something else.... absolutely HORRIBLE place!

I highly discourage anyone from getting work done here on a vehicle they actually care about. Their attention to detail is pretty terrible. My vehicle was sent in for minor body work and paint. I received it with wiring not attached, poor paint, and missing plastic clips to hold plastic shrouds for my wheel wells. While Im not saying that it is impossible to get good work done here, I will not trust my vehicle with them again. I would not even bring my vehicle back to repair the issues they caused in fear of further mistakes.

Perry Hall Auto Body is Great! They went out of their way to help me get my car fixed when It got hit by a truck! I received updates on my car frequently and the finished product was better than New! I highly recommend this shop for all your car and truck needs! My car was even Detailed prior to delivery! They answer all of your questions and explain what your car/truck needs and options to get it done right the first time. Please give them a chance to service your vehicle.

Went in for a basic car repair. All I needed was 1 replacement part, they tried to scam me in to replacing the entire system. Went down the street to a nationwide repair store and had my car fixed and in working order for 1/3 of the price and time they quoted. Definitely trying to scam you and your insurance companies!

I have a BMW and I have always been very happy with their work. My family has used them multiple times over years for various body work repairs including fender benders and once a deer fan into my car. The repairs and paint work were perfect and pretty fast.

Was involved in a fender bender, and picked this body shop due to the location. Turns out they had the car repaired less than 5 days later. Not only repaired perfectly, but the car was cleaned, waxed, and vacuumed as well. Just perfect service.
