*Updated review* I made a mistake in my initial post (*below*) and have learned of new damages to my vehicle that I was unaware of, and thought was part of my accident that sent me to caliber. I was bringing my vehicle back using the quality assurance guarantee. I have learned I made a foolish mistake in my acusation agains caliber. HOWEVER PLEASE KEEP READING. After admitting guilt, and feeling foolish the person who I assumed to be the chief mechanic motion me to roll down my vehicle window. She demanded that I take down my Google review, because it would hurt business and the insurance companies would not want to work with them anymore. I explained to her that I had every intention of updating my review once the problem was resolved. But after the rude and discourteous treatment of them demanding the review be removed, heres what I excluded for my initial review. When I got my vehicle back it was full of pollen. Obviously when they do their work they leave the windows down in the vehicle. The second thing I left out with the fact that I keep an oil pan and tools needed to change my cars oil in my trunk. When I got the vehicle back my oil pan, which is very dirty along with all of the other tools were sitting in my back exposed seats. The third complaint was that the wiring for my trunk was not done properly, because I did have to put the wiring inside of the safety clip in my trunk. I sadly realized this when I was parked at the grocery store and shut the line to my fuse in the trunk, meaning it was sticking out and was smashed by my trunk door. *Initial Review* All they did was pop out a dent and paint over it. You can Still clearly see the impact marks and the rim of the dent is still dented, so it looks like someone carved a river in my car. Its a good thing USAA has a quality agreement with them because they are getting my vehicle back. They should have never tried to repair something that should have been replaced; all of the other damage on my vehicle was replaced but they attempted to repair the second largest dent. Because of this unprofessional treatment I have decided to not update my star rating of Caliber Collision. Though my vehicle was repaired. I have learned that Calliber does read their reviews (and hopefully they learn from this edited review) that you cannot treat customers as I was treated.

This was the worst experience ever!! I dont normally write reviews and it takes a lot for me to get upset. I brought my car in for repair. First day went okay. They gave me an estimate of the repair and said it would take two weeks to fix it. They said I will get a text that will inform me of the progress. About a 1.5 week later I got a text saying the repair is complete. I called that day and asked when I should get in. They said its still in repair and will take two more weeks to complete. What!?? They said the text messages are not accurate. On the first day, I asked them while fixing the rear end if they could fix the side of my car since it had a scratch and a dent. They said they would give me an estimate but never called me back to let me know. A week later, I asked about the price and they said $1200. I told them then do not fix the dent. But then they changed the story and said, it costs $1200 because it includes repairing the front bumper, which looked perfectly fine. They said it would cost $500 to repair the dent and since that was the resonable price, I told them to go ahead and fix it. So it took total 4 weeks to finish the repair....way past the time they promised. The day I got my car back, I noticed the dent wasn not fixed! I asked them why and they said I didnt want to get it repaird since it costs $1200. I was like what??!! After I picked up the car, the battery died after two hrs later. I called them and they sent someone to jump start which worked at that time but few hrs later, my car completely died. I took it to the shop and they said the battery died completely and I had to get a new battery which costs about $180. My car was 2015 vw so my battery shouldve been good for few more years. So I called them this morning asking for the reimbursement and now they are denying that it is their fault and they are going to contact the insurance to pay for it. What??! I have never had this kind of service at any other car repair place before. I am just so upset that they responded that way instead of admitting their mistakes. The day my car died was my bday and I literally spent the whole day walking miles to get home (the car died at the shopping center) and fix the car. Horrible service!!! Do not go here!!!

My 2003 Honda Pilot was a mess when I brought it to Caliber. I left it with them for a little over a week, and my car came back to me looking better than it has looked in five years. Nick, Kevin and the rest of the staff were great. They consistently stayed in contact with me while my car was being worked on to let me know how it was going. In addition, they were not only able to fix my car for half of what I was quoted elsewhere, but when I picked up my car they were able to get it done for a little less than they had originally quoted. The staff at Caliber (Glen Burnie North) was personal, professional, and helpful. They worked hard to help me out, and I cannot say enough good about them. I highly recommend working with them, and will certainly be returning to them if I need collision repair again. Thanks guys! Alexander Bouffard

An absolute headache. I brought my car there to receive an estimate and I was given a day to bring it in. I waited 2 weeks and a few days prior I called and asked if I could simply shift the day I bring the car in by two days... or else I would have to reschedule altogether. "No problem, bring it in." The afternoon of the day prior I receive a phone call that they dont do 4 day repairs over the course of the weekend and Kesha "Cant speak to what the woman who answers the phone said." I suppose I should know their policies before hand. If youre this unorganized and non committal on a mess up... youre not touching my car. Enter at your own risk, and enjoy your excuse!

After having a terrible experience at the chevy dealership, I decided to take my camaro here for front end damage repairs. I was very impressed with the customer service of everyone I dealt with at Calibur. My car was in the shop for a week & they called me multiple times throughout the process to keep me updated on the status. I was even able to pick up the car on Saturday, which is not a business day for them. The work that was done on the car was fantastic & I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. This location will be my first choice for repairs going forward.
