Horrible experience. The lady was disrespectful. Tone of voice, body language, the way she talked. The guy couldnt even do a proper inspection of my car and told me an estimate that was way over priced. The price wasnt even the issue, it was the fact that he could not even pop the hood open to see. I went to forkauto on fallston and he gave me a better deal with the parts, labor, and paint job included. He was professional and had great customer service. This is just my opinion, but the staff I met here at Camden were unprofessional.

Terrible. They first failed to pop out the dent in my bumper and make it loom the same on the other side. So then they got me a whole new bumber cover but then got dirt all in the paint witch required additional buffing to get out. The worst of all they door dinged my vehicle in two places and denied it imediately!! They did a half ass job trying to cover up the new damage and said they will absolutely not repair the additional damage correctly. Stay away if you really care how your car looks

Horrible they had my car from September 2012_December 2012 and still didnt fix my car the right way told me the time frame was 2~3 weeks turned out to be almost 4 months then once I received my car back had to repeatedly take it back for traction control sensor they installed a cracked radiator they also put 2 bad motor mounts in disgusted with the recommendation from my insurance company

I just had a bumper cover replaced on my car and they did a good job at a good price. Color match was perfect. They even washed the car. Car looks better than it has in years. The whole job was done in a day.
