The experience I received was very welcoming, pleasant, friendly, inviting!! I was greeted with a smile and open arms, as if it was my own family. I felt very comfortable and at ease. They took the time to answer each one of my questions, they explained each and every step and the cost to me, they took me on a tour of the facility and showed me how to operate the storage doors. The smiles and pleasant attitude of each one of the associates, made me feel very warm inside. They joked, they laughed and to me that is a plus. Customer Service is a plus in this day and time, with so many people not knowing how to present themselves to the public. But, Shelly and her staff, deserves 10 stars, for making this customer feel very much welcomed and happy!! Im so glad to know, we still have wonderful peopl in the world, with kind, sweet spirits!! God Bless each on of you!! Please dont change, unless it means you get even better.

Yesterday my family ended our third contract with this location. Obviously, we were well-satisfied to have used it three times over recent years. Shelly, the manager, has been friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She is always cheerful and upbeat and interacts with everyone-employees and customers-in a positive manner. I have observed her handle difficult customers in a professional manner. Believe me, as a former retail business owner, I appreciate her skills. I would recruit her if I were still in business! The facility is always clean inside and outside and is operated as if a resident owner were present. You can be proud of this manager. Thank you.

Each time I came into " my" public storage...I was always greeted with utmost kindness whether I was coming into the business office or just to visit my storage space. Someone was always willing to stop and ask me what I needed, how could they assist or make my visit there easier, more tolerable etc...many times I just stood chatting with employees of public storage about everyday issues while waiting on my ride or otherwise. My storage space and entire area in the office and where the storages were located were neat...clean....I would definitely recommend Public Storage to family members/ friends alike!

Im a young guy but Ive been renting at Public Storage for a few years now. The staff are always polite and professional. The property manager Ms. Wood always deals with customers in a timely manner. Also she is very thorough. She makes sure I have everything I need before I leave. On a scale from 1 to 10 Id rate Shelly Wood and the E Joppa Rd Location an 11. Public Storage is the best. Its always clean. Its never too hot its never too cold. And my units have always been easily accessible. Thank God for Public Storage.

I have been a customer at this site for awhile. I love it. I love the service I have been given. Shelly have always been very helpful in meeting my needs. She greets you with a smile, always. She answers my question so that I can make an informed decision. No matter how Im feeling she greets me with a smile, making me feel welcome at all times. I went to Public Storage on Joppa Rd looking to store my vehicle. I met Shelly, the manager, who showed me a climate controlled 10 by 20 garage space that was perfect! She led me through all the details and showed me how to operate the gate. She led me through the forms and made sure I was fully acquainted with the terms and that I was happy with everything. Shes great. This is the place to go when you need affordable and secure storage. Dont forget to ask for Shelly, you wont be disappointed!

I have had storage space at this location of Public Storage for 5 years. Shelly and her team are the main reason Ive stayed at this particular location. I am always greeted with smiles and courtesy. They are very accommodating and will go out of their way to solve any issues that may arise. The building is clean, temperature-controlled and easily accessible. I highly recommend the E. Joppa Road location of Public Storage .

I was looking for and clean affordable unit with climate control. I was home for three days and had to move a lot of things. They made it very convenient and the staff were friendly. The young lady shocked me when I came back the second day and she said my name. Now thats customer service. The store manager was amazing also. Any questions I had they were answered. I love my storage unit. Its a very clean facility.

Stopped by the store a few days to purchase some supplies. The young lady, I think her name was Shaniqua, was able to suggest and provide me all the packing supplies I needed for my move and even some I didnt know I needed. She was very knowledgeable about the products and my boyfriend was so grateful that we didnt have to make several trips back and forth for stuff we missed like the last time we moved.

The manager, Shelly, provided exemplary customer service. She made acquiring storage space an easy and enjoyable experience. The facility was what I expected: clean, neat, and bright. Shelly needs to be taken good care of within your corporation because a lessee tends not to think about the rental payments as much when you have people with good energy such as Shelly providing your service.

This is my second time having to use a storage place and once again Public Storage out in Parkville made it a breeze. Fast and friendly service by Miyoko had me need and out in no time. She walked me through the property to my unit and went over all the paperwork with me with ease. Having to store stuff is never fun, but thank to Miyoko and Public storage it didnt have to be a headache.

Blair at public storage on Joppa Rd provided wonderful service! I needed to reserve a unit in a hurry and shortly after I reserved online he gave me a call to discuss the reservation and my needs. When I came in to start my move in he was welcoming and showed me my options when I wasnt certain exactly the size unit I needed. Really great service, I highly recommend!
