I cannot say enough positive things about Chrissy at your facility. Shes helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive. I didnt meet Greg until a few visits later and he too is easy going, polite and helpful, a perfect pair :) Ive talked with Megan several times, also helpful and friendly! Since we moved in, everything was smooth sailing. With all the distraction moving brings Chrissy continually supported our family in reminding us of access info, billing and advice on the best use of space. Personally, having someone so helpful and responsive is a lifesaver as I just cant remember everything with a household of kids - and no matter how I reach out to Chrissy via phone call or email, she gets right back in touch with me. Shes a superstar employee without a doubt - Every CubeSmart would be lucky to have her. We could rent space anywhere and have been solicited to do so for "discounted rates" but I cant foresee ANYWHERE having better customer service ***** Thanks Chrissy & Greg :)

We have been clients of Chrissy and Greg for more than three years. Because of our many moves we have used a number of self storage facilities. The CubeSmart at Timonium stands head and shoulders above all others largely because of the outstanding service provided by Chrissy and Greg. They have always helped us to choose the correct storage unit and have been very accommodating when it was necessary to change locker size, They are extremely competent, professional and friendly, and it is always a pleasure to chat with them when we visit our locker. Highly recommended.

Cant say enough about CubeSmart. Very good price for climate controlled; not too much higher than non-controlled. Staff couldnt be better. Super friendly. Instantly remembered your name when calling back days later. Not being able to drive up to a smaller unit at first seemed inconvenient, but not so in reality with carts just inside the roll-up door. And very easy to up-size or down-size once you are in; all weather protected. Honest upfront about any initial discounts going away and when.

Everyone has problems when theyre moving but mine were exacerbated by some really bad circumstances with my Movers. The people at CubeSmart storage in Timonium were absolutely wonderful. Chrissy and Gregg were so helpful and understanding and patient. They were just the right mixture of business and understanding. If I could give them 10 Stars I would. There is no comparison on who to choose when it comes to your storage needs. They are number 1!!!!!!

Chrissy at the Aylesbury location was amazing in assisting our business with a last minute storage unit rental in April of 2016. Our team in the field were desperate for a location to store a truckload of equipment for several months. Customer service at this facility is excellent. Weve never used storage before and the staff was extremely helpful. I had to move our timetable several times and the manager was on top of it. They have all necessary moving supplies and a truck to use. They are in excellent location, I felt safe at the site. Thank you for all your great support.

This was my first time getting a storage unit and the General Manager Chrissy was very helpful and accommodating with the storage unit and setting me up with borrowing the Cubesmart moving truck.
