Cabin was well constructed and is of exceptional quality. However there was a MAJOR error which resulted in a design which we did not order and did not accommodate our needs. The salesperson admitted it was his error, but the company would not work with us to satisfy the situation, instead requiring that we fund the majority of the substantial costs associated to rectify their error. Am disappointed at their lack of availability when customer service was needed, and their failure to adequately address the problem they created or offer even the slightest cost adjustment. I am a big proponent of supporting local business but cannot recommend this one.

I love this storage facility because they are a kind, respectful and understanding family owned business who will work with you as long as you communicate with them often. I recommend this facility to everyone. If I had a choice I wouldnt chose any other facilities.

Just checked out yesterday. Rented storage unit here for almost two years. Rates are very low compared to other storage areas nearby. 24 hour access. I have recomended friends to the out house storage. No complaints and staff was friendly.
