If you are looking for speed this is not your place. I went in for a routine oil change and it took about an hour to complete. You may be thinking to yourself that sounds crazy, but first let me explain. During my oil change they also rotated my tires and completed a visual inspection. Instead of telling me the list of additional items I needed to fix they physically walked me to my car and showed me what was BAD and GOOD from brakes to air filter. Although I could have easily replaced my air filter I had them do it as a thank you for their exceptional service. They quoted me at a fair price for the remaining services; brake drums (rear brakes), primary O2 sensor, and battery cleaning, which were all preexisting problems I already knew about. As a bonus they went ahead and clean the corrosion from my battery for free, which is generally a $20 service. So for roughly $50 I received a full service oil change, battery cleaning, air filter replacement and inspection. I am beyond satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

I went to Midas today for a repair to my exhaust. I came out with a Brand New exhaust system . Great Mechanics are very hard to find , and Being a female even harder to find. Every time I go to mechanics I always feel as if someone is always trying to oversell me on stuff that i do not need and trust me it has happened before. Today I got Honesty, reliability, and Great customer service. Scott the Manager did an extraordinary job at making sure I knew what he was going to fix and guaranteeing the work. He walked me out to show me the work that was needed. The whole exhaust is now brand new and thanks to the whole crew there it did not cost us an arm and a leg . I got an amazing deal and feel like i did not waste my money on something for once. Before going here I priced 3 places for a new exhaust coming in around $2800-$3000 but today i saved about $1800 .If you need a new mechanic or your current one is not this amazing. I would reconsider and check out MIDAS - Pasadena Location

My dad went to this place and got an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. They didnt install one of the wheels correctly, and when i went to get it fixed, the guy said i need another balancing. So I talked to the manager and he said that i would have to pay for it because it wasnt their fault. I showed him the receipt and everything, then he went to the back and came back saying that the reason it was messed up was because the tire was worn, and that he remembers telling my dad that. I showed him the car report that they gave my dad and it showed that the tires where in really good condition. He refused to fix his mistake and even called me a lair even though I had the proof. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They are irresponsible and incompetent.

Made an appointment one Saturday early. I repeatedly called them for updates as the day progressed. Finally go there close to closing to find that they havent started on my simple oil change when they told me there were close to being done then they tell me I need a new oil pan and give me a few hundred dollar estimate and couldnt get to it until later in the week as he had other appointments. I declined as it was clear my time wasnt important nor the fact that I had an appointment and it wasnt honored. I went to the dealership down the street on a holiday and they finished in less than an hour without mentioning the need for a new oil pan.

Maybe it was under different ownership then -- Nonetheless - went here several years ago, I had a headlight out. Hondamans across the street, (which is where I always go to except this one time), was too busy that day, and unfortunately I came here. Took over 2 hours for them to replace a headlight and charged me $188. I seriously dont know how these guys are still in business with Hondamans just across the street.. I hardly ever come on here to write reviews, but felt this one was warranted due to the incompetence of the people who work here and the flat out overcharging for such a simple job! Never again Midas..

Awesome coupons. Came in for simple oil change, left with tons of knowledge from foreman TJ. He honestly told me all of my options whether I used their services or not. Christy at the front desk was very nice and inviting. If they hadnt went above and beyond I would be replacing my rotors soon rather than just my break pads! My new go to place. They will bring you into their shop and show you exactly what needs help rather than trying to get every dime they can. Bye bye jiffy lube! Will be contacting Dave (the manager) to let him know of my A+ experience and honest professionalism of TJ and Christy.

I must write this review to let people know that i went to this shop and Scott and TJ were there and so very helpful with my vehicle and the techs are honest and went step by step with me about my car..I have been to other shops but this one is different sooo honest and very nice and i will never take my vehicle anywhere else..i never write reviews but i just have to let other people know about this shop..Scott is so honest and straight forward.keep up the good work guys..

What a great experience! Honest, affordable and excellent mechanics!! The cost is very very reasonable. Just today the owner/manager was speaking with a woman about her car telling her what he could do for little or no cost to trouble shoot... I have lived in MD for over 15 years and had never found an honest mechanic. When I first went to Midas to have my Jeep looked at for exhaust issues, Scott Carter (manager) told me what he could do and didnt try to rake me over the coals. Since that first experience, Scott gets all my business. I know hell be fair, and thats a good feeling when you need repairs or maintenance. I highly recommend this particular Midas!

My in laws were in town from Ohio and a flat in the side wall on tire purchased at a Midas in Ohio. There was issues with the Ohio store, Scott and Chris( the owner) went above and beyond to make sure we had it repaired for there trip home. Even the guys i checked out with were great. There customer service was A+. Will use from this day forward. Fyi they also do oil changes with Amzoil at very reasonable rates.
