I would strongly recommend against taking your car here for any kind of service. For starters I called a day ahead to schedule a time to leave my car. Since no one answered and their was only a recording, I left a message to return my call per instructions on the recording. No one ever returned my call. It was important for my call to be returned at the following day was may day off to get this done. I called the next day and spoke to the manager about leaving my first think the next morning. However when I arrived, I found they made no record of my appointment early the following day. In addition, they refused to honor a coupon that Precision Tune distributed widely, by citing a stipulation that was nowhere mentioned on the coupon. As I informed the manager I would be contacting the corporate main office to complain about distributing a coupon their company refused to honor, the manager cited that as a reason for refusal to perform any work on my car. On top of everything their manner of dealing with customers in general is rather unpleasant. Who needs this kind of abominable service to make their life more complicated. Reviewers are required to assign one star. Annapolis Precision Tune deserves none.

Customer Service When I initially called on Friday the manager stated I had to consult the weather for the next 2 days for headlight restoration and give a call back. I said it wont rain until Tuesday he said okay come Monday. I said you told me it couldnt rain within 24 hours of having it down. He said well you cant come today Im booked. I said okay thank you. He called me back 2 minutes later and asked how soon could I make it. I said 30 minutes. When I arrived 45 minutes later he said I thought you would be here in 20 minutes so I could work you in. I said I didnt say 20 and plus there is nobody here. Service The guy was great didnt get his name but my headlights look awesome and he said them getting wet isnt an issue. It took about 30 minutes. Those headlights were really dating my vehicle. My car almost looks like the newer models. 5 stars for sure.

Went in for a routine oil change. It took a long time, which was suspicious. They said I was low on my transmission fluid, which was odd since it was a brand new car and this was my first oil change. The next day my car made a strange noise, so I brought it back to them. They said it was just some oil on the belt. Well the noise continued so I went to the Subaru dealership. Apparently Precision drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil, didnt put enough back in, and even put on the wrong nut! Subaru fixed everything for over $300, which fortunately Precision did cover. I certainly learned my lesson and you get what you pay for. The only way I will be back is if my transmission is damaged and they will be paying for it.

I returned to this place twice after an oil change to get the dripping oil fixed. On the first visit they claimed it was the crush washer on the oil drain that needed to be replaced, but said they couldnt replace it, as the oil would be lost. So they tightened it, applied a "sealer" and sent me on my way. It continued to leak oil all over the driveway, so I returned with crush washers and oil and asked that they replace it. They did a complete oil change and demanded payment. A mom and pop operation that doesnt understand customer service. I almost called the police, as I felt I had been robbed. Do not go there!!

My car threw a check engine light and I wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible. I called the dealership and several other places in the area and all I got were outrageous prices and long waits before they would even diagnose my problem. The wonderful people at Precision Tune saw me right away and fixed my car within an hour and a half. Not a bad wait time at all, especially since most places wanted to keep it overnight just to diagnose it. Not only did they fix my problem but they gave me helpful tips and showed me what to look for in the future. I highly recommend them. Thank you Precision Tune!

Extremely good service tech who helped explain the issue and diagnose my cars problem. I was extremely happy with the engine diagnostics and will be sure to update after the repair is done. Was reasonable priced and i love that they take the engine diagnostics price paid off of the repair price. -Great detailed repair, had oil change done also and u CANT beat their price anywhere else. My car drives great and they have def gained a new customer. Highly recommend. -

They were one of the few places open on the weekends, so I didnt have much of a choice. They were less than helpful when I arrived, and it didnt help that the owners English is terrible. It appears (so far) that they got through the oil change properly, but they wanted to charge $60 for a diagnostics test (a process that costs them nothing) and over $300 for other processes that were unnecessary. Not going back here.

DO NOT LISTEN TO ROBERT TRIPPS REVIEW. HE WORKS AT PRECISION TUNE ANNAPOLIS!!!!! I WAS Hung up on.left my toe rod jam nut loose, less than 20 days after the alignment. Was essentially told it was my fault even though they were the only place to do my alignment. This place put my life and my wifes life in danger. They should honestly be shut down. This place is horrible.

I just got an oil change and tire rotation, but would definitely go back if I needed more work. I heard the shop manager on the phone describing some major problems that they encountered on a customers car, and asking them "do you really want to keep putting all of this money into it?". He struck me as a very honest and up-front mechanic, and he was friendly as well.

HE WAS THE ONE WHO HUNG UP ON ME. they are rude, they do shabby work and the put my life in danger by leaving my tie rod loose. They also as you can see have to create FAKE reviews to try and get people to come to their horrible establishment.

I went to this place for an oil change. It seems okay. They honored a coupon I printed off from the website. I had some trouble with another place in Annapolis. I will return to this shop for the next oil change. It seems to be a mom and pop operation, although I did not really ask.

They have the worst customer service in Annapolis, MD. They refused to honor a corporate coupon, then refused to let us speak with a manager, then hung up on us, and then when we called back they picked up the phone and hung up without saying anything.

kraig is 100% correct, worst customer service ever!!! all employees must be fired from this location! Ive been hung up on numerous times just for asking for the manager. What kind of place doesnt have a manager? DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
