Ive taken my car there twice to have its oil and filter changed. Interestingly enough, the first time I went, my boyfriend was with me - the cost was like 50 bucks. The second time I went, it was just me and it cost me 80 bucks... but thats not even my complaint! The second time I took it, got the oil changed, no problem! A month later I had another problem so I took it to the dealership - they called me back into the garage to show me inside my engine. They asked "when was the last time you got your oil and filter changed??" and I said 4 weeks - they showed me the filter that looked absolutely disgusting - clearly it hadnt been changed in months. They showed me the oil too which was turning brown - said it hadnt been changed in months. Meaning both times Fells Point Auto "changed my oil," they really didnt. Which makes sense, I mean, how would I know?!?! DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I asked them to repair my brakes. They didnt bleed my brake fluid...meaning that I had no braking capability when I drove it. This is a rookie mistake! Before I picked up my car the owner said, "...we road tested it and everything is okay." He lied to my face because anyone that took the car above 10 mph would know that the car COULDNT BRAKE!! Thankfully I have a manual car so I was downshifting to slow down the car and using the emergency brake to stop the vehicle. I could have been seriously injured. If you value your safety, I would avoid this place at all costs.

These guys are awesome! Have been here twice and they were always humble, diligent, and reasonably priced. It is clear they enjoy their job. I believe if they were not paid to fix cars they would still love what they do. I will continue to go here and when you realize other places have obsurd labor prices, I highly recommend going here!

the fixed my 380sl twice... for less than 200 usd. the mb dealership asked several thousand dollars an did a worse job. i just go to this repair place.

Truly great friendly local shop. The owner is super friendly , and wont charge you a arm ,and a leg like some other auto shops.
