Im a bit confused and suspicious. Nowhere on the building does it say "edgewater tire" is this business in the right location?? If this is for the edgewater Admiral tire branch, im in the right spot. Theyre usually friendly. Its odd, Ive been there a dozen times in the last couple years, always wait and chat with the staff and none of them seem to remember me the next time Im there. Maybe Im self centered, but thats not typical. I usually get the "hey buddy...youre the guy with the...." on the second visit to a place. Memorable guy I guess... but not to them. BUT.. that aside. They dont push services on me like a lot of places like this do. I come in and ask for a tire patch or alignment and they do it. I rarely have to wait more than a day for an appointment and frequently just "stop in" and they can take my car on the spot, or "come back in an hour" type thing. I go there because theyre the closest to my house. But Im comfortable going there, even if it does bruise my ego a bit that they never remember me. In their defense, I probably have never brought the same car twice. Last inspection I got, they even replaced a blinker bulb for free. Or said they did. I checked the lights the previous day and they were all working. Maybe they were just trying to butter me up...

Overall a good experience. This was my 2nd set of tires that I have bought from here and both experiences were great. The one complaint that I would have is that this past time took way too long. I had work at 10am so I set an appointment for 8am to have 4 new tires (I bought them the day before) put onto my car. Well 10:15 came around and they came out and asked if I had enough time to do an alignment.. I would say that it is safe to say that this experience is not the norm with this store.. Nonetheless, the customer service is exceptional, but a long wait will bring it down to a 4 star.

Unscrupulous business, not to be trusted. Took a vehicle here for inspection, they quoted me 1k to complete the work, the next morning I get a call from the owners son (Runs the shop) He ups the quote by another 1200 dollars But because hes a "good guy" he offers me 10% off if I get a goodyear credit card. They also included several items that were not in need of repair and added items to the "Updated quote " which were not on the original inspection fail list. If you go here, keep a hand on you wallet.

I had a flat tire and came in for a replacement, it took a while to get a spare, ready to install and found out I did not have the security lug key. Well, the manager took me to the Mini dealer(20-30 min ride) and brought me back to the shop to get my tire replaced. Where can you get this kind of service? I have been driving for 42 years and owned about 30 cars, mean many trips to the service stations. I give 10 stars for this kind of service!

Ive been taking my cars there for years, and have always had a great experience. They are friendly, fast, knowledgeable and above all honest. Theyve done both big jobs and little for my cars, and didnt hesitate to tell me one issue was just a few loose bolts. I highly recommend them!

Went in for check engine light and airbag light. Lights came back on after a week. I took the vehicle back 3 times with no success . I am now sitting with both lights back on and on my way to a repair shop that will fix the problem not just throw parts at the problem.

These guys are very friendly and everytime I go in here, they get things done in a timely manner. I used to go to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations, etc. and always waited for hours. These guys get it done quickly and cost less. Love this place.
