My father has always been a European car lover, he owns a European car dealer. Hes always wanted me to own a German car, well I got a BMW E46 330XI and every since Ive brought it no one ever seemed to be firm or really know what the problem was. My father lives in SC so he was really never able to recommend me to someone who knows about European cars but he did inform me that I did need to find someone that had the rare expertise in these kinds of vehicles. I have been to many shops many of which say they could not work on my car or needed to take half of the car apart to confirm what the problem was. The first time I had spoke to Charles I immediately knew he had expertise in these kinds of vehicles, he was confident and confirmed what the problem was. He knows these cars all around and every single time I take my car there its a quick confirmation. When I get my car repaired at this shop it is done professionally and right. Charles is a man of his word, and that is something you do not come by often. This will be my shop from here on out. Thank you Charles and his wonderful team for the excellent work, integrity, and service.

After years of having one bad experience after the next, I noticed the Harbor Auto Center shortly after they opened their doors, several years ago. I have a MB GL 320 CDI and over the past few years used them frequently and always receive prompt service for a much lower price than the local MB Repair facility. If you are looking for an honest Mechanic with tons of experience and a facility that truly cars about your vehicle, you need to give Harbor Auto Center a try. They worked on my shocks and a few months later the pump stopped working again and they installed the new one without any labor cost. I love that they dont charge me all the pumped up charges such as Diagnostic fees, shop fees etc.. Love this place and the MB Repair facility will never see me again!!!

Made an appt to bring our car in 7/11/16 for service. No call from Harbor Auto that day with estimate. Turns out they forgot about our car. Left a message for a return call on their voice mail that evening, no one returned our call the next day. I called 7/12/16 at 1200 when we did not receive a call back, spoke to office mgr who said" it had fallen through the cracks." Said she posted our car on the board for service that day but it appears techs didnt follow up. It concerns us that they left for the day without checking on our car and that they didnt return our voice mail message. This to us is unacceptable.

Wow! Just wow! I am so pleased that we found Harbor Auto Center! We have rarely found a mechanic that would give us such good service! Originally we took our car there because the dealerships could not figure out what was wrong with it. Charles was immediately able to diagnose the problem and fix it -- we were so pleased that we now have all four of our cars serviced by Harbor. They always figure out the problem and have our car ready for us in a timely manner! We appreciate that they are professional--from the office staff to the mechanics. As long as they are in business they will be our mechanics!

We scheduled a time to take our car down, dropped the car off, and after they had the car for 2 days they informed us that they were to busy to diagnose the problem that our car was experiencing. We were handed a bill for $280 and the car runs just as bad as it did when we dropped it off. The guy was nice enough but the only thing they accomplished was lightening my wallet. I guess things are different these days, what happened to getting paid for a job well done?

Absolutely horrible. After 1,000 dollars my car runs even WORSE than it did when I brought it in. They ended up fixing things that didnt even need to be fixed and now I am having more problems with what they so called "fixed". Money down the drain and now my car is in worse shape than before. You would think they would fix what they broke but now they are just asking for more money. I cant even express my disappointment with this company.

Chuck and Ashley are both always very attentive and customer service oriented... Chuck and his technicians helped and continues to help me keep my BMW running smoothly past 184,000 miles! If it wasnt for a loaner car requirement from time to time, I would take my car here for every service items.

These guys are very good with customer service and really try to build relationships with their customers( its important to find a mechanic you trust). Charles is also very knowledgable about the intricate workings of European cars( I have a BMW).
