Initially, Camden told me my car would be ready in "a few weeks." They did not meet the first expectation but told me it was because something was on back order and might be another week. They didnt meet that expected date either. So then they said it would be finished on the 10th of that month. I called to see when I could pick up my car (I waited until afternoon giving them the chance to let me know first because I figured theyd just call when it was ready for pick up). Upon calling they said it wasnt ready. This was the day before my wedding, so needless to say I was busy with many other things and was frustrated that it wasnt actually ready when they said. Again. So then they said it would be ready on the 17th. I called again. Still not ready. And this was now the day before my honeymoon. Fast forward to the following month when my car was finally back in my possession. My alarm would go off for no apparent reason. Multiple times a day, all times of the day (and night-sorry neighbors). First I thought it could be due to an off-market remote starter I had installed so I took it there first. Not their issue. Took it back to Camden body and they were adamant that this was the fault of the remote starter. I finally took it to a Hyundai dealership and they diagnosed the problem and resolved it within a few hours. Camden body neglected to put an important but small item onto my drivers side door which caused the alarm to go off unnecessarily. I will be contacting Camden for reimbursement for my charges from the dealership service center.... I do NOT recommend Camden Body of Main Street in Reisterstown.

Not sure about their body work, but I can say I will never recommend Camden Body for mechanical work. Their hourly rate is very high, $97/hr. In my case they indicated that their diagnostic check had indicated one thing but after fixing that, $300, decided something else needed fixing. I would recommend almost anyone else for mechanical repairs. Forgot to mention, very rude and aggressive if ask questions about the problem.

I have been using them for about 5 years now, I seem to be a target for other motorists. I am very picky about the quality, and they have never failed me. Over my 30+ years of driving and dealing with body shops, they are the only ones who can claim that. They are very friendly and helpful, and if you dont care about the end result then go someplace else. I highly recommended them, they are always busy, and that is a good sign!

Worse Auto Body Shop Ever. I took my 2014 Dodge Journey to them around March of 2014, They told me it would be completed in about 2 weeks. The deadline reached and they told me the car was not complete. 3 months later, the car was finally done. Next time something happens to my vehicle Ill go to the actual dealership. Never again will I go to Camden BODY SHOP.

Camden Auto Body did a great job fixing my car. I had damage to the drivers side door and mirror, once I got the car back it looked like new. The claim process with my insurance company was so simple. I was very pleased with the work and everyone that I dealt with. I would recommend this to friends and family and will take any future needs there.

Owner claimed that no way the dent I was presenting him could be paintless dent removed. 2 hours later I had the dent removed via paintless dent removal. Money saved. Body work saved.
