Administrative staff are very nice and helpful but the tech staff are horrible. I shouldnt have to call 3 times to get my estimate and I shouldnt have to call 3 times to get the progress on my car. The gentleman I spoke o was rude and lied about the date that it would be finished. POOR COMMUNICATION UPDATE: FROM 3 TO 2 STARS Yet again I took my car to these ppl and am having a bad experience. It has been 2 weeks these people have had my car, they called me today and told me it would be another week to fix my BUMPER!??? Really?

The worst, and I repeat the worst shop Ive ever done business with. No communication , takes forever for them to get work done. Theyve had my car over 2weeks,all that time to put a bumper and grill on. each time I call its always will be ready the next day. Now today I called was told its in clean up and well send someone to pick you up, hey that never happened. I done had it with them,and will be there tomorrow to get my car after calling States Farms. Ill take it to Lexus. The worst, I repeat the worst !!!!!
