Our 2006 Honda Civic suffered a fender bender. We brought the car to Concord Auto Body and could not have been any happier with the experience. Within a few minutes Pete Ghobar examined the damage and provided us with a very fair written price. The car was repaired in less time than estimated. The result was impeccable. The office staff was friendly and efficient. We could not have asked for better service. Two weeks later our 2009 Toyota Prius collided with a deer on I-95 in Maryland. The car was evaluated by an insurance adjustor and brought to Concord Auto Body for repair. Petes inspection revealed significantly more damage. He contacted the Insurance claims specialist and helped the second adjustor review the damaged vehicle. Later in the day the car was deemed a total loss. Again, Pete was on top of the situation, coordinating with the towing contractor and insurance personnel while constantly keeping us informed. Although the outcome was quite different from our previous experience, the level of service was again outstanding.

I am so pleased with Concord Auto Body. It has a business philosophy that every customer wishes businesses would have: treat the customer with respect and perform quality work. Your companys efforts to repair my Prius couldnt be better. The car looks like new and was delivered to me washed and with polished tires. Your receptionist is such a pleasant person. This again is something that some other companies dont have. Please give my thanks to your co-workers so they know their efforts are appreciated.

I cannot say enough good about Concord Auto Body. My favorite car was recently in an accident and if it was not for Pete I think I would have lost my mind. He is honest, sincere and most of all cares about his customers. He wanted me to be safe and he worked with my insurance to help me get a fair deal . He went above and beyond in his efforts to help me and I am forever grateful. I will never go to any other auto body shop and recommend this shop without reservation. They are the best!

I just had my Toyota Rav repaired at Concord. The service and work were just excellent. My ten year old car looks brand new. Our insurance company gave a low estimate on the repairs and Pete, the adjuster at Concord, made absolutely sure that our car was repaired correctly. Melissa, the Office Manager, brings sunshine into your day whenever you have contact with her. I highly recommend Concord Auto Body Shop.

Unfortunately I have had to use the services of Concord Auto Body more than anyone would care to use. Each and every time they do great work and even finish earlier than expected. I will be going back to them for each repair needed. Just was rear ended over the weekend so Im headed there now to get an estimate.

They did a phenomenal job at repairing my 2015 mustang. My bumper was damaged in a collision and the repair they did looks makes it look brand new. They even we above and beyond by touching up some chipped spots of paint on my hood. I highly recommend them.
