My experience seems abnormal. First the good. They did a fantastic job fixing my car. The rear quarter panel had to be cut out and a new one welded in. Looks great. The staff is very friendly and the waiting room is nice. Also, the person handling the repair was helpful too. Now, the bad. I reviewed and got quotes from many locations. I chose Caliber because people reviewed they got daily updates. I did NOT have that experience. I had an 11 day repair that was delayed,and I only got the initial estimate of repair, and email saying it was done 20 days later, and a request to do a survey. The first week I didnt call until the insurance company of the person who hit my car said the shop was going to be a week delayed and they couldnt continue to pay for a shop delay for that long. They did extend it a few days to their credit which the insurance company didnt have to do. I called that day to get an update, and every update I ever got from that day forward was because I called. Even if they said I would get a call from them. They never called once. Very annoying, but if I had to have major work done again I may use them again because like I said they did a good job. However I would let them know upfront if that happened again I would never use them again.

They just couldnt do anything right needed 3 things done new bumper, a new intake , new paint on front fender. So when I picked it up bumper was hanging off a week later the intake fall off while I was driving it. Instead of them replacing it they some adhesive to glue back on which went into the engine and ruined the engine! And to top off it took them 3 times to not get the piant the right color. If I could rate this less then 1 star I would. To top off the customer service was horrible tried to talk me into accepting the wrong paint. Also took them months to do. I went to Arbutus auto body and they fixed everything thing in 3 days and they did it RIGHT!

I recently had body work performed at ACT and I am extremely satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and timelines of the repair. My car was hit in a parking lot leaving damage to the driver side front corner panel and bumper. The repair was done much faster than anticipated and it looks better than new! Furthermore, the car came back to me cleaned and vacuumed. Overall, my experience with ACT was fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone. In the (hopefully unlikely) event I would need body work again, I would turn to ACT immediately.

Chose Caliber from the suggested list the insurance company provided. Very happy with results. Kristin at the front desk offered me a bottle of water (little things like that are remembered!) Christopher didnt mind answering my questions while inspecting the damage. I made the drop off appt for a Monday with an estimated time of 4 days. They got it done in just 2!! I will be back if needed and will definitely tell my friends. Great Job Caliber of Catonsville!

Very poor workmanship. They used parts that didnt fit properly yet still presented the vehicle to me. They left my car with a dead battery . The attention to detail in repairing the vehicle was terrible. I would find another shop. Charged $4600 and gave the car back looking horrible. Shoddy work. Ben failed at supervising the job.
