They provided good service and the repair work was performed in a reasonable time frame and they worked will with the insurance company. Car repair was first rate. Word of warning: DO NOT USE HERTZ RENTAL provided onsite. The Laurel HERTZ is unethical, will lie to get you to rent from them, charge your credit card for fees, gas, and anything else they can think of, then not return any of your calls and deny any wrong doing. AVOID Laurel Hertz at all costs. Make other arrangements with any other rental car agency.

Very satisfied with the customer service and workmanship with this body shop. Destiny, Nikki and Duane were a pleasure to work with. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process of my car repair. They dealt with my insurance company very smoothly. I have had a bad experience with another body shop in the area and after doing my research I decided to go here and I was very please. Thank you. Hopefully, I dont have to return, but if I do, Im sure it will be a great experience again.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating (after dropping my car off, my ride didnt show up until after they closed but they allowed me to wait in the lobby). Additionally, they both called and provided automatic text updates to let me know the status of my repair. The repair was estimated at two weeks, but they managed to get it done in four days. I will definitely be returning here for any bodywork.

Had an unfortunate accident, thankfully it required minor repairs. The team at Caliber Collisions customer service started the moment I walked in. Through the whole process, Nikki M. kept me informed, within 3 days, my car was sitting pretty, waiting for me to pick her up. They are a busy shop, but they still made me feel like the only customer, thats the type of service that exceeds expectations.

These guys are great! They work hand in hand with USAA insurance. Do amazing work and I have never had an issue. They have fixed my right front suspension and rear bumper on separate occasions and the work was flawless. Duane has worked with me each time and I cant say enough good things about him and this shop.

This is the best body shop. I have an Acura TL, and they treat it appropriately, and they are honest and do A+ work. They are my only body shop I go to. Go here, if you have a luxury vehicle or new vehicle. Theyll make you their body shop! I highly recommend!
