PLEASE READ. Alright. Where do I begin? Ill start off by saying Ive always been greeted and helped in a timely manner. The ladies here are kind and straight to the point. I go in, tell em what I want, and they bring it to life. And Im never there longer than I need or want to be. Before cuttery, Ive never gone to a salon because Im very careful about who touches my hair. Ive never gotten chemical work or anything more than a trim and never gotten my eyebrows waxed. BUT. I took a chance and decided to put my trust in this place. Ive been about 6 or 7 times and have never left disappointed! I went from my natural Brown hair to full on blonde! Red, blue, purple, and back to Brown. Ive gotten trims, layered, went from hair down to my back to my shoulders. I let them snatch my damn mustache for goodness sakes! Ive never trusted anyone more. Speaking of which. I need to go back because my lip is getting a little hairy. Lol I think what people fail to realize is how freaking dedicated these women are. And more importantly, theyre human! We all make mistakes. I know hair is like an accessory to women and we can be sensitive about it. But please, have some patience. You cant come in with a photo of a grey ombre and expect to leave within a few hours with that exact hair when you came in a natural brunette or with a patchy chemical job from a previous stylist. Youll never get exactly what you see in the photo. But oh my god, youll get close working with these ladies. Also, itll take more than one session. Look. I have fine, tight, curly, bushy, mind of its own, hair! And I leave the cuttery snatched, laid, and hair on fleek. Working with hair is a science. Its tedious and time consuming. You can not rush your stylist. You also must take your time and explain what you want. Dont walk in the day before your prom or senior portraits expecting to go from strawberry blonde to grandma grey. Cmon now Girl lol. Also, tip your damn stylist because although they love what they do, they put up with a lot of crap, chemical burns, itchy hair in their shirts, hours on their feet, purple hands from hair dye, bugs in hair, blood, sweat, and occasional tears. But they come into work to serve you! Without them, how would we be serving face with laid hair!?!? Love you guys!

I would give it no stars if I could . I had a pixie cut last summer and it grew back to my shoulders. So I wanted a trim and style 2 months ago. I showed Kayla the pic and the style didnt even come out like the pic ...not even a LITTLE. But the texture was great tho. But she cut it waaaay too short. So I come back last week hoping it would be a better experience. This time I specifically picked an African American stylist named Kaylee. She constantly burned me with the flat iron and trimmed my hair crooked! Then she cut my bangs too short! Never coming back again. Waste of $53

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! PLEASE DONT GO THERE !!!! I went for color on Thursday March 3rd we agreed on red violet first of all it didnt turn out the color it was supposed to and okay I understand my hair is dark but I was very unhappy with my color and they didnt do anything about it! !! My forehead was all colored and my scalp was too and they didnt do anything to clean it off . They didnt wash it out good because when I went home I ran my fingers across it my fingers were all colored I swear this has been the worse service ever never again will I go there its the worse !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST SERVICE EVER. People here do NOT know how to cut hair. I brought a picture of a girl whose hair was shoulder length and I told her that I wanted that cut (my hair before fell right under my boobs). She then started to cut it and when I looked at my hair,she had cut the hair with the length right under my ear! She then proceeded with the bangs. Instead of doing side swept bangs like the picture I brought, she cut blunt bangs. My hair still has not grown back and it ruined my senior portraits.

I was there last Sunday to have hair cut for my 4 year old and as expected, he started running around, with all sort of excuses. Finally, a stylist started deviating him from the hair cut while other cut his hair. They were sooo good. I had to say this because, before this, we used to go to Hair Cuttery in Owings Mills, MD and the behavior of the stylists over there was totally different (in a bad way of course)... Highly recommend the Hair cuttery in Reisterstown, MD..

If you have even the least bit of value for your hair, do not walk into this establishment. While in general they are polite and friendly, after my experience there this evening I have reason to believe they lack proper proper professional training. I went in for a wash and deep condition and left with tangled damp hair, I have never had tagged hair after a wash with a professional.

This is the nicest Hair Cuttery Ive ever been to and the staff is absolutely wonderul! Everyone is always smiling and speak to each and every client with respect and confidence. What a pleasure it is to see such a happy group of people who love their jobs!!!

Ive been going to Crystal for about five years. Shes a master stylist and very good at what she does. The staffing has changed over the years and the atmosphere is now awesome. I highly recommend this salon. See crystal if you have the chance.

I stood around for an hour waiting when I was told I was next in line. They took 3 people ahead of me before I just walked out. Ill never come back to this place.
