Disappointed!!!! I interviewed by Nicole and I remember she looked like that she just woke up and without washing her face and came to interviewed me. I still remember I met all of the job requirement and dont know the reason that why SNI staff never call them back to their clients? The recruiting firm mean to help the people who are having difficulties to get job in the market, while here is the situation is totally opposite and they asked for more experience and even I requested them Im ready to start my career from entry level. The one more thing I noticed that when they know that someone have the hearing or any other disability then they stay away and this really a discrimination. Dont understand that how they people get award for doing nothing and wasting time of the people who are searching job for their self.

I interviewed for an internal recruiting position there. I really thought I was getting punked when Melanie Wexler walked in to interview me. Her face was red, hair messy, and clothes looked frumpy. The only thing she had going for herself was she articulated her speech well to at least sound intelligent. She wore a hideous brightly colored floral patterned shirt and reminded me of the fat ladies who sell Avon out of mini vans at flea markets. There was no way on earth I could ever see myself reporting to someone like that as my superior.. I cant go for that - (Hall & Oates) No can do
