Save a couple of people, they should dismantle this group and start over again. Nasty attitudes. They tell you they will call you back within 24 hours which turns into days or weeks. They tell you have to follow up but give you absolutely NO information. They make you take a battery of useless tests to assess you and no one calls you to say anything or explain why you even took them. The they have the nerve to tell you youre responsible (for what...I have no idea since I have no idea what they do there). I pushed to get into a class only to be told (after starting the class) that Im not officially in it (even though my case worker told me that I was. Must be nice to collect a paycheck for being completely disorganized.

Went there recently for assistance with resume and resources. The staff half knew their job. I was told multiple times no one there could assist me. A family me mber of mine was trying to job search and asked if he needed to register online to apply for a job found on their search engine. The staff response was "You have to apply on your own. We dont help with that!" Everyone appeared to have an attitude when asked a question.

My worker is a sweetheart she does what she can to help. The supervisor is very unprofessional gives information and then switches up what she says. I miss the way it was back in 2015 when Ms.Marci(supervisor) was there she was all for helping everyone. And mrs.Teale too they was the best.

They are the worst. No response not even from the supervisor. All they want is for us to attend classes but absolutely doesnt have any follow up. It is so frustrating
