Please be careful. My recruiters name was Amanda Krape (hence the last name because she and the agency surely were "crap-py" and incompetent). Graham, on my very first paycheck, deposited my paycheck into a closed account which I informed them of prior to payday. It took over a week battling over this issue, which they then, finally, made a payment to my correct account. However, this now meant TWO payments out there: 1) The wrong account. 2) The correct account. They explained they transitioned over to a new system and for some reason, the new system didnt recognize my new account. ????????? They asked me to contact my bank, get a letter stating my account had been closed, which was a hassle. I explained I would provide the correct paperwork, but that my going to the bank, meeting with them and traveling to their location was a lot in one day, but will do - they emailed to say my next pay would be withheld. They also disabled my Graham online account thereby making it impossible to view my hours (without the situation being resolved nor telling me). Talk about passive - aggressive #1. They failed to pay me on my FIRST pay day, by sending money to wrong/closed account. #2. After countless communications sent back and forth over a week, they finally wired me my money (does this sound like a stable company?). #3. Then, after realizing money was out there in cyberspace - withheld my paycheck, disabled my graham online account and I couldnt view anything - not even my hours from the previous week to calculate what I would earn nor the ability to see if my hours were verified and approved (it would have been my second paycheck). Yes, this company will be out of business within a year for bad business practice. To add insult to injury - I was charged a wire fee despite the fact it was THEIR mistake. To this day, they have yet to reimburse me!!

I have had the opportunity to meet and work with some wonderful people going on temp assignment/roles working with Graham Staffing. Ms. Amanda Krape has been great to work with! Amanda invariably contacts me via email or phone to check if a temp assignment or role is one I would be interested in. If it is an assignment/role that will work for me Amanda sends me an email confirmation with the address and hours and depending on the assignment/role it may include a description of what kind of parking is available or the facilities the company may have, such as a lunch room or vending machines. I find that kind of info very helpful in planning my work week! Whenever I have any questions Amanda is there with the answers. I am glad that Graham Staffing offers direct deposit, come payday the funds go right into my account!

I wrote a review a few months ago, and I believe that someone removed it. I can honestly say that this is a legitimate review, and I am a seasoned clinical research professional, who was contacted by Amanda Krape last year with regard to a position I applied for. Amanda was not at all professional, and she left me hanging, with no communication. I ran in circles to prepare for an interview that did not take place. Without explanation, she simply stopped communicating. I have never encountered such a lack of professionalism on the part of a recruiter in my entire career. It simply doesnt make good business sense to burn bridges.

Filled out my on boarding paperwork including direct deposit and Amanda krape still messed up my very first paycheck . They had account info from when I worked with graham in 2006 and deposited the money there. Then said I had to wait a week for them to correct their mistake. Graham is crappy . Amanda does not give proper assignment details at all - couldnt even give me the name of my supervisor and I was temping at an alternative school

I have worked 14 months for Graham Staffing Services. My experience has been very positive. Any time I have questions, they are responsive and supportive. I would definitely recommend Graham Staffing to job seekers.

While they may do other things well, they have a bad reputation for hiring sign language interpreters who are not qualified to do the work.
