I will be short and close to the point. The agency has a terrible service! I went through a super long process with them, had several interviews with NRI ( recruiter KIM KILMER), completed about 15 tests, each one took about 20-30 mins. I was promised a position. Almost 3 months passed and nothing! The recruiter I had to work with, Mrs. Kilmer never calls back or emails. In fact, I saw a previous review and the person had the same issue as me where Kim Kilmer ignored her clients. When I was working with Kim, she was constantly rushing me, like do all these tests within a day, send me all the docs the same day, no matter what! So I did and she never called me back. I am going to ask NRI to remove all my personal information since I no longer trust a company and afraid to have my identity stolen.

I recently met with a recruiter of this company in Rockville MD, I also met with the manager, Catherine. Long story short , they have my personal information and I havent gotten a call back for... Its been 4-5 months now! THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS!!!! I reported them to better business bureau and will shortly be taking legal action if they even think of using my information. DO NOT USE THEM. Google wont allow me to post unless I give them one star at least, they deserve none.
