Scheduled an appointment a few days ago for today, Sat. April 8. An 8am-12noon window was given. It is now 11:58am as I write this. Just got off the phone with "Sherry?" Apparently, the number I gave was not working, most likely because I never gave a number when I scheduled (it was an old one on file). No apology, no acknowledgement, nada. Ive wasted my entire morning waiting for nothing. Now I have to wait another hour and a half until the plumber is done with the call he is currently on. Pure bull
